Do you say:

“Go and take lunch”?

It sounds normal, right?

But pause… is it grammatically correct?

Here’s the truth:

“Take lunch” isn’t the proper expression in standard English.

Say this instead:

Have lunch

Eat lunch

Simple correction… powerful difference!

The way you speak matters—it shapes how people see and hear you.
