UCH FORM IS NOW OUT AND CHANGE OF INSTITUTION DEADLINE HAS BEEN SET.

Change of institution to closed on 5th January
Admission form application to closed on 9th January.

You see, it's within a very limited time.

This is inform those score 200 and above and are interested in UCH COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCE IBADAN IN AFFILIATION WITH UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN BNSC admission form that the form is now available on the portal.

CHANGE OF INSTITUTION CLOSING DATE : Monday 5th January.

After Monday, you won't be able to do change of institution and choose the school as your first choice.

Admission form registration is available on the portal at the cost of 5,000 naira.

The University of Ilorin has sanctioned 13 students after concluding internal disciplinary proceedings over acts described as misconduct.

The decisions were reached during the 227th sitting of the Students’ Disciplinary Committee held on October 9, 2025. At the end of the process, the university approved varying levels of punishment, ranging from expulsion to rustication and formal warning.

Six students were expelled from the institution. They include Abdulhafeez Abdulhammed of Educational Technology, Esther Ajuma Matthew and Divine Tijesunimi Stanislous of Human Kinetics, Qozeem Abdulateef Mohammed from the Centre for Open and Distance Learning, Sormidat Oluwatosin Lawal of Health Education, and Doris Comfort Falusi of History and International Studies.

The affected students are no longer permitted to remain on campus and are expected to relinquish all items belonging to the university. The option to contest the decision through the appropriate academic channels remains open to them.

In addition, six other students were rusticated for the 2025/2026 academic session. Those affected are Idowu Oluwadamilola Owoade (Civil Engineering), Quayum Damilare Aderibigbe (Finance), Onimisi Abdulmajeed Aliyu (Quantity Survey), Emmanuel Olayeni (Water Resources Engineering), Sulton Abidemi Salman (Agriculture), and Faruq (Finance).

Their return to the university is scheduled for the 2026/2027 session, subject to the submission of evidence of rehabilitation from a recognized medical facility, duly certified by the university’s health authorities.

One student, Isaac Chuks Okoh of Science Education was issued a formal warning. The university made it clear that any further breach of conduct would attract more severe disciplinary consequences.

JAMB now requires National Identification Number (NIN).

Make sure your NIN information is correct (name, date of birth, etc.).

Wrong details can cause problems later.
