*REUNION 2023 COMMITTEE REPORT *
*Good day to everyone*
We want to use this medium to appreciate all our members on this great platform. Most especially those that are managing and keeping the group active.
The much awaiting reunion party 2023 is here again. The committee have deliberated on the way forward on how we can go about this year reunion party. After so much deliberation and consultation we have come to conclusion on the following issue.
1. *How do we fund the reunion *
The funding of this reunion party can only come from us, we have decided to set a minimum sum of *10k* for the reunion( _though we know many of us who God as bless will help us lesser the burden on some of us_)
The committee also encourage us to make use of the weekly/ monthly installmental payment in order to ease the burden on us . The installmental payment can be *1000* any amount and payable to

2. *What are we getting from the reunion party*

* A better organized reunion party

*NOTE*:
*Award will be given to some of our big supporters for last year reunion and to some of our members who have been working round the clock just to keep this family together.*
We are planning the reunion around *December 2023,*
Deadline for payment is *15th November 2023* this is to enable us secure the necessary things ahead.
