ELECTORAL GUILDLINES FOR THE ELECTION OF CANDIDATES INTO ELECTIVE POSITIONS OF THE NEC OF DSSCOE OLD BOYS ASSOCIATION TO HOLD IN DECEMBER 2023

1.For the position of Chairman & Vice Chairman, two persons from the same session can't occupy the two positions.

For Chairman & Secretary, the contestant must have graduated from DSS 10years preceding our election to contest for these two positions. This includes the Vice Chairman position as well

Every contestant must have attended at least one of our AGM'S

Contestants should pay for the nomination form & after payment, contestants who have made payments for the nomination form should kindly send a soft copy of the receipt to the general platform & or to any member of the committee.

Contestants should Kindly indicate the position he or she intends to contest for in the receipt.
Upon acknowledgement of the payment a copy of the form would be inboxed to the contestant's email he or she would provide.

For the position of Chairman Vice & Secretary the form goes for the sum of N2000 & N1000 for other positions.

Election Timetable is as follows:
1. From the publication of these guidelines intending contestants are expected to start the purchase of the nomination forms & return of forms within the month of August 2023.

2. The month of September 2023 will be for screening & clearance of candidates.

3. The 1st two weeks of October 2023 is for Appeals if any.

4. The second two weeks of October 2023 the Election guidelines would be released & the names of Successful Candidates would be Published.

5. November 2023 up to a day b4 the AGM is for campaigns.

6. AGM day is election proper & declaration of results/winners.

Some members have paid for registration and have not renewed our yearly N1,000.00 dues for some time now. Please, for such category of persons, do update your payment and be upto date financially.

Some of us are yet to be registered financial members, if you belong to this category, kindly make your payment of N1,000.00 and be a fully registered member of the alumni.
