INDUCTION/ORIENTATION OF NEW STUDENTS

Yesterday, 13th November, 2024, we officially welcomed and inducted our new JS1 and SS1 students in the satisfied presence of their parents. Among other things, the new students were taught the importance of education, school rules and regulations, and the need to avoid maladaptive and aberrant behaviour in the school.

2023/2024 3RD TERM STAFF FORUM.

The school held its staff forum today, 23rd April 2024. It is a termly event aimed at imparting knowledge and fostering unity and teamwork. The management and members of staff, attired in wine-red shirts and black trousers/skirts, elevated the event in their teaching and non-teaching capacities.

The topics presented and discussed in the forum include:

1. The role of staff in restoring discipline in school (lead/theme paper)
2. Effective communication on instrument for crisis management and prevention in school
3. Guiding principles in building self-esteem among staff
4. Proper use of the school library for effective teaching
5. Sensitization of the staff on insecurity and solutions
