CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENT ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

All praise is due to Allah, Who in His infinite mercy has honored the students of this great citadel of learning, MSSN Islamic Model College, Akure, with outstanding achievements at the 3rd Annual Symposium organized by the Mission for Eradication of Examination Malpractice (MEEM).

The event was held at the New Faculty Lecture Theatre Hall, University of Ibadan, on Saturday, 18th April 2026.

Our students, representing MSSN Ondo State Area Unit, participated in the quiz and impromptu speech competitions and emerged with remarkable results:
• Third Position (Senior Quiz Category): Abdulwaheed Yusroh Ajoke
• First Position (Junior Impromptu Speech): Yunus Abdulrazaq Akorede

In addition, MEEM organized an Essay Writing Competition for secondary school students across the South-West region on the topic:
“Honesty in Examination: Why Integrity Matters More Than High Scores.”

Out of over 100 participants, our students distinguished themselves among the top three:
• First Position: Lawal Aisha Ololade (MSSN Islamic Model College, Akure)
• Second Position: Afolabi Ruqayyat (St. Anne’s Grammar School, Molete, Ibadan)
• Third Position: Ibrahim Hawwahu Gbachi (MSSN Islamic Model College, Akure)
