My love for true personal development comes from the fact that it is extrinsic (not only intrinsic) in nature : the more we develop ourselves the more we think of ways to improve society.

Education should serve same purpose. Education is personal development, education is extrinsic (thinks about society).

Until we start seeing education as personal development, we only think about the prestige and income our certificates bring.

Think of it this way, while we sit in class, absorbing the ideas, teachings, procedures, concepts and statistics; we see the future.., we dream of how we could improve our communities and the world. It's a new mindset.

My believe is, society is like the sky, it's big enough to contain everybody. The problems, sufferings, insecurities, depressions, hunger, etc are all opportunities to write our names indeliblely on planet earth. Don't wait for anybody, take the initiative!

The goodnews is, society knows how to reward those that gives it - the bigger the giving the bigger the reward - including prestige and income.
