The Association shall be known and called CHRIST’S SCHOOL (ADO-EKITI) ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WORLDWIDE (CSAAWW). O. Worldwide Elected Officers

Christ's School Ado-Ekiti Alumni Association is non-profit making body focusing on services, programmes and activities to foster goodwill and progress for the school and Alumni around the world, identifying key volunteers and providing information to them The emblem of the Association shall be the Crest of Christ’s School. Ado-Ekiti which is made of CHI and RHO superimposed with a crown at the top
and the inscriptions “CHRISTUS VICTOR” at the bottom on navy blue background. The Worldwide Headquarters of the Association shall be located at the Alumni Centre in the School with the Postal Address as: “Christ’s School P. Box 2, Ado-Ekiti”
The aims of the Association shall be:
(a) to promote solidarity, fellowship and comradeship among old students of the school;
(b) to foster and strengthen the loyalty of its members to the school and co-operate with its authorities;
(c) to consider and implement plans for assisting the school financially and otherwise;
(d) to create a forum for honouring members who have distinguish themselves in their fields of endeavour and in the contribution to the life of the school and the Association
The membership of the Association shall be open to any Old Student of the School who shall have attended either the Ekiti Lower Middle School (1933-1936) or Christ’s School (1936 up to-date) or products of Ekiti Anglican Girls’ Secondary School between 1955 and
1965 who so opt for membership of the Association. Associate membership of the Association shall be conferred only on the recommendation of the Committee of the Worldwide Officers to the Annual Conference. Persons to be considered for Association membership shall include staff of the School who have spent not less than 5(five) years of proven meritorious service to
the school. A candidate shall be deemed duly appointed as an Associate member if he scores two-third of the votes of members present and voting at the Annual Conference. The Officers of the association shall consist of:

III. Set Elected Officers
The Worldwide Officers who shall be elected at the Annual Conference of the Association shall constitute the Central Executive Council (CEC) and shall consist
of:
i. The Vice President
iii. The Secretary General
iv. The Assistant Secretary General
v. The Treasurer
vi. The Financial Secretary
vii. The Public Relations Officers
viii. The Legal Adviser
ix. Two Ex-Officio Members
x. Representatives from Diaspora i.e.
2 – CSAANA; 1- CSAAUK; 1- CSAA(CANADA)
xi. Two Auditors who shall not be members of the Central Executive Council
II & III The Branch and Set Officers who shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Branch or Set shall constitute the Branch/Set Executive Committee and shall consist of:
(i) The President
(ii) The Vice President
(iii) The Secretary
(iv) The Assistant Secretary
(v) The Treasurer
(vi) The Financial Secretary
(vii) The Public Relations Officer
(viii) The Legal Adviser
(ix) Two Ex-Officio members
(x) Two Auditors who shall not be members of the Executive Committee
