At the 2025 MTN Pulse Spelling Bee Competition, held in Lagos on the 29th of November, 2025, where top-performing students from schools across the federation gathered to compete, two of our brilliant ambassadors, Ewenike Goodness and Alayande Oreoluwa, proudly represented both our school and Ekiti State.

While we celebrate Ewenike Goodness, who secured an impressive 7th position nationwide, we are especially overjoyed to highlight the phenomenal achievement of Alayande Oreoluwa, who distinguished herself above every other contestant in Nigeria.
Alayande emerged as the 1st-place winner nationwide — a truly historic victory that has placed our school and Ekiti State on the national map of excellence.

Her outstanding performance was not only a display of exceptional spelling ability, but also of confidence, intelligence, composure, and an unshakable drive for greatness. World Pharmacists Day 2025
Theme THINK HEALTH || THINK PHARMACIST
Effects of drug abuse include damage to vital organs such as the liver, lungs, heart, and kidneys, a weak immune system with frequent illness, increased risk of infectious diseases like HIV/AIDS and hepatitis, malnutrition and weight loss, memory loss with poor concentration, anxiety, depression, paranoia, and hallucinations. It leads to poor academic performance, school dropout, job loss, and low productivity. Families experience strained relationships and loss of trust, while individuals may get involved in crime and suffer social isolation. Economically, drug abuse causes waste of money, increased poverty, high cost of treatment and rehabilitation, and a burden on the national health system. It also results in the loss of moral values and self-control, engagement in immoral acts, a weakened relationship with God, and a loss of inner peace.
