The “𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹” service is a new process designed to help candidates who have lost their SIM cards or need to update their email address on the JAMB platform.

This service allows candidates to add a new email address to their profile, which can be used to access various features and services on the platform.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘

𝗢𝗕𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘

To start the process, candidates need to visit an accredited CBT center and request the required template (TEMPL 006).

The candidate will then complete the template by filling in the necessary details, such as:

•Registration Number
•Phone number
•Profile code
•New email address (which must not have been used on the JAMB platform before).

The candidate will also sign a declaration/attestation section on the template to affirm their responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

This is Jamb examination slip.
Print it coloured if you have money. If you don't have money then print it out on a black and white paper

This is the only paper you will take to the examination hall.

Keep this slip safe at home. In your school files.
Use the reprint to go for the exam.
You can print the reprint 2 copies. Keep one at home. While you take one to the exam hall.
The reprint can be coloured or normal black and white.

You will not fail.

Get to your exam venue at least 30–60 minutes early. This helps you settle down, reduces stress, and ensures you don’t miss important instructions.

Make sure you go with your printed JAMB Examination Slip (it contains your exam details, venue, and time). Without it, you may not be allowed into the hall.

Dress simple, neat, and modest. Avoid flashy accessories (especially big earrings or necklaces for girls), rubber slippers, torn clothes, or unkempt hair. Look presentable.

If your computer malfunctions, stay calm. Do not try to fix it yourself. Immediately inform the invigilator or ICT personnel and keep calling their attention until it is properly fixed.
