🚨 JAMB APOLOGIZE FOR DELAY IN RESULT PRINTING

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced that the printing of the 2026 UTME Original Result Slip has not yet been activated.

According to JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, candidates are advised to remain patient as the Board recently concluded the foreign examinations and is currently preparing for the mop-up examination for candidates who missed the main exam through no fault of theirs.

JAMB also explained that the Original Result Slip contains candidates’ rankings since the UTME is a ranking examination. Because of this, all necessary processes and adjustments must be completed before the portal can be opened for printing.

The Board assured candidates that the portal will be activated shortly, and everyone will be informed once printing begins officially.

🚨 BIG UPDATE FOR UNIVERSITY ASPIRANTS! 🎓🇳🇬

MATHEMATICS is NO LONGER COMPULSORY for admission into MANY university courses in Nigeria! 😳

According to the spokesperson of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Fabian Benjamin, Mathematics will now only be required for specific courses that truly need it.

This means students applying for several Arts, Humanities, and some Social Science courses may no longer need Mathematics as part of their O’Level admission requirements. 👀

This update could give thousands of candidates a better chance of securing admission without being denied because of Mathematics. 📚✨

However, courses like: ➖ Engineering
➖ Medicine
➖ Computer Science
➖ Accounting
➖ Economics
➖ Architecture
and other science-related courses will still require Mathematics. ✅
