Ephraim Audu is a seasoned entrepreneur and development finance consultant with nearly two decades of experience in enterprise development, project management, and strategic advisory across key sectors of the economy.

He is the Founder and Group Lead of PATPA Group, a Business Development Service Provider focused on enterprise incubation, project facilitation, and investment development.

Ephraim has extensive experience working with multinational organizations, government institutions, development partners, and rural communities, providing expertise in project design, grant development, implementation, and impact-driven programme management.

He has supported the growth and formalization of over 1,000 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across sectors including agriculture, renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, and financial inclusion.

He currently serves as the National President of the Agricultural Agenda Nigeria Initiative (AANI), a national network connecting over 5 million smallholder farmers across Nigeria.

Ephraim also serves on the boards of several organizations, where he provides strategic leadership on sustainable development, enterprise growth, and inclusive economic transformation.

Training Highlights – Applied Project Management Course (Session 3)

Another impactful learning session took place on Saturday, 7th March as members of the GEM Impact Fellows participated in Session 3 of GEM Business School’s Applied Project Management Course.

The class opened with a case study discussion on the failed House of Ovation Restaurant Project in Accra, Ghana, initiated by Dele Momodu of Ovation Magazine.

Fellows analyzed how project delays and management gaps led to the collapse of the $500,000 investment, applying the 9 Project Management Knowledge Areas to the case.

The session also featured two insightful presentations:

Ben Dankaka, CEO of GEM Business School, spoke on “Creating Your Project Vision and Goals,” emphasizing that vision gives direction and focus to every project.

Nnenna Uneke, leadership psychologist and Founder of integrative Wellbeing Inc, spoke on “Selling Your Project,” highlighting the importance of research, authenticity, and alignment with personal values.

We appreciate our facilitators for sharing their knowledge and practical insights with the fellows.
