"Resilience is the superpower of successful entrepreneurs. It’s the ability to bounce back, to rise after every fall, to keep moving even when the ground beneath you feels shaky.
Resilience doesn’t mean you’re not affected by challenges. It means you’re not defeated by them. It’s the mental, emotional, and sometimes spiritual strength that allows you to try again after a major setback."

The Dangote Playbook!
Did you know that Aliko Dangote built the largest industrial empire in Africa starting from a small trading business?
Here are 3 powerful facts you should know about Dangote:
1. He started small, but smart
He began by trading everyday essentials like sugar, rice, and cement. These are products people use every single day.
2. He focused on what Africa cannot live without
Instead of chasing trends, he built his business around core commodities that drive economies and sustain lives.
3. He didn’t just trade; he took control of production
Dangote moved from buying and selling to owning factories, becoming a major producer and reducing dependence on imports.
Dangote’s journey reminds us that sustainable success comes from solving real problems, thinking beyond the present and building systems that outlast you.

Most people are waiting for opportunities. But, leaders prepare for them.
The difference between progress and stagnation is not luck. It is training.
Across Africa today, organizations are searching for people who can:
✔ Lead teams
✔ Manage projects

Unfortunately, many young graduates were never trained for leadership; only educated for employment.
That is why GEM Business School exists.
Through our affiliation with GEM College of International Business, Australia, we are building a new generation of professionals equipped with practical leadership and business skills for today’s workplace.
Don’t wait for opportunity. Prepare for it. Contact Us.
