There Are Four Types Of People You Will Meet When It Comes To Giving You Feedback About Your Efforts.

1. Someone who genuinely want you to improve. This ones will call your attention to your mistakes in a supportive and understanding way. Mostly in form of a suggestions, They want the best for you. Keep them close!

2. You'll encounter another kind who are out to challenge you, They don't sound so nice. No mincing words, They'll give it to you straight and direct. You may think they are trying to pull you down, No, They're trying to keep you on your toes. You need this kind of people if external motivation is your thing.

3. Next are those who are destructive in their criticism, Their words can demoralize you. They don't have a positive objective, Their joy is to frustrate you. The easiest way to identify them is that they don't proffer any solutions, They only pass their messages through criticisms and don't care how you'll end.

4. This ones will not give you any feedback rather they'll discuss your errors with others comfortably. They're not necessarily bad people. Interestingly, They sometimes have useful thoughts, but they'll rather share them with someone else other than the person who is directly affected because of their own way of passing information.

Wisdom is to be open to feedback at all times about your progress and achievements as you keep rising. You need to also develop the emotional strength to handle criticism notwithstanding how tough it may sound and filter some things out from getting to your heart.

You can learn from anyone of this, The nice, The mean, The wise or the foolish

Setting targets in your areas of specialisation and then giving in hard work to accomplish them, keeps you on the path of living a life that's purpose driven; it helps and makes you avoid laziness & time wasters who come to occupy your space without productivity.

Set schedules for your day, week and month. Then at the end of the day, week or month you check if you met your target(s)!

Disciplinarily assess yourself regularly and be deliberately intentional about this; then you’ll find yourself meeting and even exceeding your targets. Note: "Success is not by chance nor luck" Thank God for His Grace and Spirit but your input is also required to succeed in life, business, ministry, marriage and academics apart from spirituality.

Be Balanced!!!

There's a need to release that emotional baggage, Let go of negativity, And purge most aspects of your life that are no longer serving you it's original purpose. This is how to frequently have a cleansing process that can relief you from stress and unnecessary weight so you don't end up losing people you should be gaining because you're drained with negative energy!

Shalom...

WHAT ARE THE THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN STARTING A BUSINESS?

Steps For Action:

1. Define Your Business Idea: Determine what type of business you want to start. Consider your interests, skills, market opportunities, and potential profitability. Conduct market research to validate your idea and assess its feasibility.

2. Create a Business Plan: Develop a comprehensive business plan that outlines your goals, target market, products or services, marketing strategies, operational processes, and financial projections. This plan will serve as a roadmap for your business and help you secure funding, if needed.

3. Choose a Legal Structure: Decide on the legal structure for your business, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC), or corporation. Each structure has different implications for liability, taxation, and ownership. Consult with a business attorney or accountant to determine the most suitable option for your circumstances.

4. Register Your Business: Register your business name and legal structure with the appropriate government authorities. Obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required to operate legally in your industry or location.

5. Set Up Business Operations: Establish the necessary infrastructure for your business. This includes acquiring office or retail space, purchasing equipment or inventory, setting up an online presence, and implementing operational systems.

6. Develop a Marketing Strategy: Create a marketing plan to promote your products or services. Identify your target audience, craft a compelling brand message, and determine the most effective marketing channels (e.g, digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising) to reach your customers.

7. Build a Team: Assess your staffing needs and hire employees or contractors as necessary. Build a team that complements your skills and can contribute to the success of your business.
