Hi guys, greetings from IHLAC, THE international humanitarian law advocacy club, UNIBUJA✌✌
The principles of IHL, are such principles that stipulates the expected conducts of belligerents during times of war...'the means and methods of war by belligerents are not unlimited'...the enactment stipulating such rules re contained in the *4 Geneva conventions of August 1942*
