When we talk about leadership, many people think of politicians, CEOs, or heads of organizations. But in reality, everyone is a leader, even if you’re not leading a team, you’re leading yourself, which is the first and most important form of leadership.

The question is: How well do you lead yourself?

Yesterday, we had an amazing time at the Progressive Practical School of Ministry (PPSM) during our Fourth Lecture, delivered by Rear Admiral Ibrahim Hamza (Chiroma Zazzau).

He shared practical life lessons from his inspiring journey to the rank of Rear Admiral, reminding us that integrity is the foundation of true leadership.
As leaders, whatever we do, good or bad, influences those who follow us.
