The Closure of JAMB 2025 E-PIN Sales: A Heartbreaking Setback for Thousands of Aspiring Students.

The recent closure of the JAMB 2025 E-PIN sales has left thousands of candidates across Nigeria in a state of despair. For many, the pain of missing this critical registration deadline has become unbearable, with some expressing their anguish in ways that have shaken the online community. Among the countless voices pleading for a second chance, one heartbreaking comment has stood out, sending shockwaves across social media.

"I just feel like committing su***de every time I remember that E-PIN has been closed," wrote Irem Jackson in response to another candidate's emotional plea.

Jackson's words are a raw reflection of the deep frustration, hopelessness, and despair that many students are experiencing right now. For months, these candidates have poured their hearts into preparing for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), hoping to secure a place in a university and take a step toward a brighter future. But with the registration deadline officially over, their dreams feel shattered.

"One More Year is Not Good for Me" - A Cry for Help

Jackson's comment was a reply to another desperate candidate, Odili Damilola, who had earlier begged for mercy. "Please and please, I beg you in the name of God.
I've been home for many years now. One more year is not good for me and lots of us," Damilola wrote.

Like Damilola, thousands of students across Nigeria are pleading for the reopening of the JAMB E-PIN portal. Many faced significant challenges during the registration process, including issues with NIN verification, profile code generation, and financial struggles. By the time they resolved these hurdles, the deadline had passed, leaving them stranded and heartbroken.

"Financial and technical issues delayed most of us.
Please, we beg you in your mercy, have mercy on us and give us just one more week to get our E-PIN and complete our registration," Damilola pleaded.

"It Feels Like the End" - The Pain of Another Year at Home.

For many candidates, writing JAMB is more than just an exam—it's a lifeline to a better future. Some have been waiting for years, hoping this would finally be their chance to escape poverty, support their families, and pursue their dreams. The thought of waiting another year feels like an unbearable burden. It's not just about missing an exam; it's about watching their dreams slip away while life moves forward without them.

Many of these students come from homes where education is the only hope for a better life. Some have watched their friends move on, gain admission, and start building their futures, while they remain stuck in the same place. The pressure, frustration, and feeling of being left behind can be overwhelming. For some, like Jackson, it has pushed them to the edge of despair.

"You Are Not Alone" - A Message of Hope

To Jackson and every other candidate feeling this pain, please don't give up on life.
Missing JAMB this year is not the end of your journey. There are still other pathways to achieving your dreams-polytechnic programs, direct entry, diploma courses, pre-degree programs, and part-time options. JAMB is not the only route to success.

You still have a chance to continue your education, achieve your dreams, and build the future you want. If you're struggling with overwhelming thoughts, please reach out for help. Talk to someone—a parent, a friend, a teacher, or a counselor. You are not alone, and this moment of pain will pass.

Your future is not over. You are stronger than this pain, and brighter days are still ahead. Keep pushing forward.
Your dreams are worth fighting for.

JAMB Direct Entry 2025: A Step-by-Step Guide to follow!

Here are steps you need to consider before applying for
JAMB DIRECT- ENTRY

Step 1: Before you even think about registering, make sure you qualify. JAMB Direct Entry is NOT for everyone.
You need to have one of these qualifications:
- National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)
- IJMB, JUPEB, or other A-Level certificates
- Bachelor's Degree (for those switching courses or universities)

Warning: Applying without meeting these requirements will lead to rejection. Be honest with yourself and confirm your eligibility before starting the process.

Step 2: Get Your JAMB Profile Code & e-PIN: Here's how to create your JAMB profile:
1. Send an SMS with the word NIN, followed by your National Identification Number (NIN), to 55019 or 66019.
Example: NIN 12345678901 to 55019.
2. You'll receive a Profile Code via SMS.
3. Take this code to any JAMB-approved bank, POS center, or online payment platform to buy your Direct Entry e-PIN.
4. Once payment is done, you'll receive an e-PIN via SMS to complete your registration.

Common Issue Alert: Some students use the wrong phone number or face delays in getting their Profile Code. If this happens, visit a JAMB office ASAP for help.

Step 3: Visit an Accredited JAMB Registration Center:
Forget cyber cafés! JAMB has made it clear that Direct Entry registration can ONLY be done at JAMB Professional Registration Centres (PRCs). Here's what you'll do there:
- Provide your Profile Code and e-PIN.
- Submit your original A-Level certificates (ND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, HND, etc.) for verification.
- Fill in your personal details (email, phone number, course of study, etc.).
- Choose your preferred university and confirm your subject combinations.
- Capture your fingerprints and passport photograph.
- Double-check EVERYTHING before submitting. Mistakes here can cost you your admission!

Step 4: Upload Your O'Level & A-Level Results: JAMB has introduced a new verification system to ensure all certificates are genuine. After registration, you MUST upload your:
- O'Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
- A-Level results (ND, NCE, HND, IJMB, JUPEB, etc.) on the JAMB CAPS portal.

Big Mistake Alert: Some students assume the CBT center will upload their results for them. WRONG! If your results aren't on JAMB's database, universities won't consider you for admission.

Step 5: Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS:
Once registration is complete, keep an eye on your admission status through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Here's how:
1. Visit [www.jamb.gov.ng](http://www.jamb.gov.ng)and
log in.
2. Click on "Check Admission Status" under the CAPS section.
3. Accept or reject admission when an offer is made.

Universities no longer process admissions manually. If you don't check CAPS regularly, you might miss your admission offer!

Avoid These Costly Mistakes!
Here are some common errors that ruin students' chances:

1. Using fake certificates: JAMB has a verification committee to detect forged documents. If caught, you'll be banned from future admissions.
2. Registering at cyber cafés: JAMB has banned cyber cafés from handling Direct Entry registration. Always use an accredited center.
3. Providing incorrect details: Mistakes in your name, date of birth, or qualifications can disqualify you. Double-check everything!
4. Forgetting to upload results: If your results aren't uploaded, your admission won't be processed. Don't assume the center will do it for you.
5. Waiting too long: JAMB rarely extends deadlines.
Delaying could mean missing your chance entirely.

JAMB Direct Entry is your chance to enter 200-level without writing UTME. But this opportunity can slip away if you don't follow the right steps. By registering correctly, uploading the right documents, and monitoring JAMB CAPS, you'll increase your chances of securing admission.

Don't wait until it's too late! If you have all your documents ready, visit a JAMB Professional Registration Centre today and complete your registration before the deadline. This is your chance to take the next step toward your future-don't let simple mistakes hold you back.

Attention All Aspiring Direct Entry (DE) Candidates!

If you're gearing up to purchase your JAMB E-PIN for the
2025 Direct Entry registration, here's an important update you need to know.

After the closure of UTME registration on March 8, 2025, many of you rushed to CBT centers to buy your E-PINs, only to be told, "Sorry, sales haven't started yet!" Yeah, we know-it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. But don't worry, we've got the latest info to help you stay on track.

Here's the scoop:
Sales of JAMB E-PINs for Direct Entry will officially begin on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. This means you can finally start the process to secure your admission pathway into Nigerian tertiary institutions for the 2025 academic year.

Why the delay?
Many candidates expected sales to kick off immediately after UTME registration ended, but that wasn't the case.
Some of you visited CBT centers only to be advised to return on Wednesday. While this delay has caused some concern and frustration (we feel you!), CBT center operators have assured everyone that the process will begin as scheduled on March 12.

What should you do now?
1️⃣Visit only JAMB-accredited CBT centers or message us directly to purchase your E-PIN. Avoid third-party agents or unauthorized vendors to prevent fraud.
2️⃣Get your documents ready before heading to the centers. Being prepared will save you time and stress.
3️⃣Stay updated by checking JAMB's official website, accredited centers for any further announcements.

As of now, JAMB hasn't released an official statement explaining the delay, but CBT operators have confirmed that sales will begin on Wednesday. This situation is a good reminder to always verify information from official sources before making any moves.

So, mark your calendars, gather your documents.

Stay alert, stay informed.

Avoid These Common Mistakes That Can Ruin Your JAMB Before Exam Day!

As you gear up for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), remember that this is one of the most crucial exams for gaining admission into Nigerian universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education.
Every year, millions of students sit for this exam, but only a fraction achieve the scores needed for their desired courses.

Here's the kicker: Some students fail JAMB even before they step into the exam hall. And no, it's not because they lack intelligence-it's because they make critical mistakes that sabotage their chances. So, what are these mistakes, and how can you avoid them? Let's break it down:

1️⃣Ignoring JAMB Rules and Regulations: JAMB has strict guidelines for the UTME, and breaking them-whether intentionally or not-can lead to disqualification or poor performance. One of the biggest mistakes? Failing biometric verification on exam day. If your fingerprint isn't verified, you won't be allowed to write the exam. Period.

Why does this happen?
- Registering at a cybercafé instead of an accredited CBT center.
- Using fake or incorrect fingerprints during registration.
- Ignoring unresolved registration issues (e.g., poorly captured fingerprints).

How to avoid it:
- Ensure your biometric details are properly captured during registration.
- If you're unsure, visit a JAMB office or CBT center before the exam to verify your details.

How to avoid it:
- Ensure your biometric details are properly captured during registration.
- If you're unsure, visit a JAMB office or CBT center before the exam to verify your details.

2️⃣Not Printing or Checking Your Exam Slip on Time: Your
JAMB exam slip contains vital information like your exam date, time, and center. Failing to print or check it early can lead to disaster. Imagine showing up at the wrong center or on the wrong day-yes, it happens!

Pro tip: Print your slip as soon as it's available and doublecheck the details. Don't assume anything!

3️⃣Relying on Expo or Malpractice: Let's be real: searching for leaked questions (expo) instead of preparing properly is a one-way ticket to failure. JAMB has upped its game with biometric verification, CCTV cameras, and Al-powered monitoring to catch cheats.

Common malpractice traps:
- Bringing banned items like phones or smartwatches.
- Using fake "special centers" that JAMB has already blacklisted.
- Attempting impersonation (someone else writing the exam for you).

Instead of chasing expo:
- Focus on studying past questions.
- Practice with CBT software e.g The EXAM SCHOLARS APP
- Work on your time management skills.

4️⃣Not Preparing for the CBT Format: JAMB is a computer-based test (CBT), yet some students only practice with paper and textbooks. Big mistake! If you don't know how to navigate the CBT system or manage your time effectively, you're already at a disadvantage.

How to prepare:
- Use online CBT platforms or JAMB-approved apps to practice. The exam scholars is best. We have a weekly UTME challenge that helps you get prepared for the real exam.
- Familiarize yourself with the exam format to avoid running out of time.

Many students fail JAMB before the exam even begins because they make avoidable mistakes. Don't let that be you! Avoid biometric issues, check your exam slip early, steer clear of malpractice, and practice with the CBT system. Your success starts with preparation and attention to detail.

You've got this! Let's crush JAMB and secure that admission!
