Hello Students,
I want to bring something important to your attention,
Your Statement of Result is now handled differently. The school no longer posts results directly on the student portal. Instead, they have moved everything to the e-Ticketing platform, where you can now see your complete academic performance in one place. (From 100L till Your Current Level)
Why is this important? Because when you graduate, your final result will be generated from that same e-Ticketing platform.
In your statement of result, you will see:
✅All your outstanding courses (the ones you still have to write)
✅All your failed courses (if any)
✅All the courses you’ve completed successfully
✅The minimum credit required for graduation
✅The minimum credit earned so far
What do these mean?
Minimum credit required is the total number of course units you must complete before you can graduate.
Minimum credit earned is the total number of course units you’ve already completed successfully.
For example, in Management Sciences, the minimum credit required for graduation is 120 units. But from 100 level to 400 level, all your courses (including electives) add up to about 200+ units. This means:
✅ All compulsory courses must be registered and passed.
✅ Electives give you options, but you must still meet the minimum requirement with some electives. Do not ignore all your elective courses! (You must Pick at least one each semester)
✍️Several questions from the questions _ Mr Success, does doing many electives add to a person's CGPA ? Now if you can understand this proverb you will know the answer "To whom much is given much will be required" __ offering many electives without good performance in them will bring your GP down woefully, instead pick what your ability can carry and focus on them during exams.
So, before you register any course each semester:
1. Check your outstanding credit required. This tells you how many units are left before you graduate.
2. Plan your registration carefully so you don’t waste time or overload yourself unnecessarily.
3. It will help you to know your target and fate upon your graduation.
I believe this is why the management stopped posting results directly on the student portal because many students depended only on what they saw there without realizing there’s more detail in the full statement of result.
So please, always check your e-Ticketing platform for the most accurate and complete information.

*NOUN WANTS TO INTRODUCE PILOT COURSES*
*Important Update on TMA-3*
Hello students,
Please pay close attention to this important announcement regarding TMA - 3. For some PILOT courses this semester, the traditional TMA - 3 question will not appear on the portal.
Instead, your participation and response in Discussion Forum 6 will be used as your official TMA - 3 submission. This means your answer in the forum will be graded and will count for 10 marks towards your final score
*Key Points to Remember:*
*Treat Discussion forum 6 as a formal assignment. Simply typing "hi" , "hello", or any other unserious response will result in a score of zero for your TMA -3.*
*The announcement specifically mentions pilot courses*. Be sure to check if this applies to your specific courses.
*Your goal should be to provide a well- thought-out, detailed and serious answer, just as you would for any other TMA.*
Please take this seriously to ensure you secure your marks.
