While you might hear all the criticism, please pay attention to the voices you have chosen.
Be surrounded by voices that you voluntarily submit to, and that can always help you get back on track.
After all, we are all work in progress but donβt give that access to everybody.
I'd tell you why.
Some might not be qualified since they don't have the requisite knowledge of the subject.
For others, while pretending to offer advice may be hoping to watch you tumble.
Therefore, carefully consider each voice that critiques you and make sure you listen and give your attention to the appropriate ones.
The fact that these voices genuinely care about your development qualifies them as a necessity for your future.
When you locate them: hold them near you, honour them, and most importantly, be teachable.
Ps. Not all voices deserve your attention. Choose your critic.

Hi, Presenter, Public Speaker, Broadcaster, etc
Speaking from a note pad, cards, typed document, etc.
Is known as
Extemporaneous speaking is one of the most natural methods for delivering a prepared speech. You can use an extemporaneous speech to achieve a more natural tone, flow and style with the audience.
1. Rehearse in front of others and solicit feedback.
2. Record and listen to your timed practice speech.
3. Prepare for interruptions and questions at the end.
4. Speak in a conversational style by pretending you are with your audience.
5. Rehearse with your notes and coordinate them with your talk.
6. Display your notes only when you are talking about them.
