JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ad-hoc staff for the role of Client Relations Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
2. Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related courses.
3. Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (client relations, customer service, marketing).
4. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Coach & Client Relations Executive. This dual role will allow you to combine your passion for sports with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Sports Coaching: Develop and implement engaging and effective coaching sessions for High School Athletes

Provide individualized instruction and feedback to athletes to help them reach their full potential.

Create a positive and supportive training environment.


Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (parents, athletes, etc.).

Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules, progress, and any other relevant information.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a sports coach

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Ability to motivate and inspire.

* Strong understanding of sports principles and training methodologies.
