Love is often described as a force that drives us and makes us into better people. What better way, then, can we show love than by helping another person become who they're truly meant to be?
Love Is Help is Imagine's annual philanthropic move to give disadvantaged children a chance to thrive. This year, we will be giving to the children of In His Image Academy.
In His Image Academy is a not-for-profit academy whose goal is to reach the out-of-school and unreached children of rural communities with quality education. It is a 100% free school started by Ms. Obaseosuwake Maranatha Arikpo and it currently enrolls children ages 3-11.
As life changing as Ms. Maranatha's vision is, the school is currently without funding and runs solely on contributions from family members and well wishers. This has caused the growth of the school to be slow and has also greatly affected the number of children that can be enrolled. This leaves more children out of school and without basic education. We want to change that.
