Happy birthday to the wordsmith, storyteller, and dreamer that I am!
Today, as I celebrate another year of life, I'm reminded of the power of words to shape, inspire, and transform. As a writer, I've had the privilege of crafting worlds, characters, and stories that transport, uplift, and connect with others.
I'm proud of the writer I've become - one who weaves words into tapestries of imagination, empathy, and understanding. I've honed my craft, pushed past doubts, and found my unique voice.
As I look back on the past year, I'm grateful for the stories I've told, the characters I've created, and the worlds I've built. I'm thankful for the readers who've connected with my work, and for the fellow writers who've inspired and supported me.
As I celebrate this special day, I want to remind myself of the magic of storytelling, and the responsibility that comes with wielding the power of words. I am a writer, a dreamer, and a weaver of tales. And I'm excited to see what the next chapter holds!
Happy birthday to me, and may the words keep flowing!
Kindly celebrate me with your prayers. 🥰♥️

Greetings,
Have you ever caught yourself using words or phrases that don't add any new meaning to your sentence? That's redundancy! 🙅
Redundancy occurs when we use unnecessary words or phrases that repeat the same idea. It's like saying the same thing twice!
Here are some common examples of redundant words:
1. "Past history" (History is already in the past, so "past" is unnecessary.)
2. "Future plans" (Plans are already about the future, so "future" is redundant.)
3. "Basic fundamentals" (Fundamentals are already basic, so "basic" is unnecessary.)
4. "Added bonus" (A bonus is already something extra, so "added" is redundant.)
5. "Personal opinion" (An opinion is already personal, so "personal" is unnecessary.)
And here are a few more:
1. "Endless eternity"
2. "Free complimentary"
3. "New beginning"
4. "Unexpected surprise"
5. "Visible appearance"
So, why is redundancy a problem?
1. Cluttered writing: Redundancy can make your writing look cluttered and unclear.
2. Wasted words: Using unnecessary words can waste your readers' time and attention.
3. Lack of clarity: Redundancy can make your message less clear and more confusing.
How can you avoid redundancy? 🤷
1. Read your work aloud: This will help you detect unnecessary words and phrases.
2. Edit carefully: Take the time to review your work and remove any redundant words or phrases.
3. Use concise language: Choose words and phrases that convey your message clearly and efficiently.
By avoiding redundancy, you can make your writing more clear, concise, and effective.
What are some other examples of redundant words that you've come across? Share them with me in the comments! 🥰
