FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC NGODO ISUOCHI RELEASES ND ADMISSION FORMS FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
Application for Screening and Validation of credentials is hererequested from interested candidates who wrote the 2025/2026 UTME and made The Federal Polytechnic Isuochi 1st Choice or are willing to change to the Federal Polytechnic Isuochi as their 1st Choice Institution.
ELIGIBILITY
* Candidates who chose The Federal Polytechnic Isuochi as their 2025 UTME 1st choice and whose score is not below 100 in the 2025 UTME JAMB
* Candidate should not be below the age of 16.
* Candidates who did not choose The Federal Polytechnic Isuochi but are ready and able to effect a change of Institution to make The Federal Polytechnic Isuochi their First Choice Institution to Federal Polytechnic Ngodo Isuochi with effect from Friday, 18th July, 2025.
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE ONLINE SCREENING FORM
Candidates seeking admission for ND (Full-Time) are expected to generate a Screening Form Invoice filling in their details online on the Institution’s Website: Federal Polytechnic Ngodo Isuochi
Each candidate is expected to pay a sum of only (N2,000.00) as a processing fee
1. Log on to the Federal Polytechnic Ngodo Isuochi website
2. Click on “Portal” on the main menu or just follow this link
3. Create an account
4. Login to generate invoice
5. Click on the “Generate Invoice” button
6. To generate your invoice fill in your Name and other details (as you have them on your credentials) and select your programme of study. Proceed to the Bank with the invoice generated. Pay at the Bank and
7. Obtain RRR NUMBER
Return to the Portal, log in and click on the “Fill Application Form” button
8. Enter the RRR NUMBER obtained from the Bank
9. Complete the Application Form.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates seeking admission into The Federal Polytechnic Isuochi are required to complete the Institution’s Form available online at: the school website effect from Friday, 18th July, 2025.
