Gender stereotyping is one thing that has strived for a long time in our society. This is a social construct and we have all been forced to live in constrain, so that any deviation from the norm is considered unnatural.
The idea that some Job roles or skills are meant for only women and others for men, is an antiquated concept that should be eliminated.
Any gender should be able and free to take up any job role or skill irrespective of their gender.
