Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Alhamdulillah, today, Wednesday 4th March 2026, by the mercy and favour of Allah, we participated in the NTA/AMIS FCT Qur’anic Quiz held at the NTA Headquarters, Area 11, Abuja. I attended as a guardian-teacher alongside our distinguished students:

The competition brought together ten schools and covered Qur’anic memorization and recitation, Hadith, Seerah, and Fiqh. Our students answered questions with clarity and confidence, and they recited the Noble Qur’an with calmness and dignity.
However, beyond knowledge, what truly elevated them was their exceptional character.
They displayed remarkable discipline from beginning to end — sitting attentively, listening respectfully, and responding with composure. There was no sign of fear, arrogance, or restlessness. Their voices were clear yet humble; their confidence was firm yet modest. They showed patience while others were speaking, smiled with sincerity, and treated fellow participants with honour and courtesy.
Even in moments of pressure, they maintained self-control and mutual support, quietly encouraging one another without distraction. Their appearance was neat, their manners refined, and their interaction with judges and organizers reflected true Islamic upbringing. They represented not only their school but the beauty of tarbiyyah in action.
So outstanding was their conduct that after the event, the Chairman specially invited the students of Mumtaz International School for commendation and presented them with a monetary gift in recognition of their discipline, respect, and noble behaviour. One of the judges, impressed by AbdulSalam Adeosun’s bright smile and composure along with Rahma Abdulganiyu’s elegance and charming smile, openly admired the upbringing behind such character.
This was a powerful reminder that knowledge shines brightest when it is carried by good manners.
My sincere appreciation goes to the management of Mumtaz International School for their trust and support, to the dedicated teachers who nurture them tirelessly, and most importantly to the parents whose efforts are clearly visible in the conduct of their children.
To my dear students: you have shown that true excellence lies in character, sincerity, and confidence. Continue to be ambassadors of goodness wherever you go. This is only the beginning of greater heights, in sha Allah.
May Allah increase us in knowledge, refine our character, and accept our efforts. Ameen.
