THE PATH TO HEALING
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that about 70% of people worldwide experience a traumatic event in their lifetime. Over 80% of the world's population carry with them emotional wounds all through the course of our lives.

Worse still, many times, we live in denial of these emotional wounds while reciting the popular mantra "I'm fine"

If you're still experiencing one of these three things, trust me, you've not fully healed

‎1. Obsession: This is the constant loop in your mind. It could be wishing they would call and say they were wrong, or replaying the event over and over, imagining different outcomes. It's like having a song stuck in your head, but instead of a melody, it’s a painful memory on repeat.

‎2. Hurt: This is a sharp, almost physical pain. It’s that jolt of agony when you see a picture of the person, or when a small detail, like the smell of a certain perfume, brings the pain rushing back. This is also often the anger and bitterness that makes you lash out at others or yourself.

‎3. Inhibition: This is when the past casts a long shadow over your future. It's the fear that prevents you from entering a new relationship because you're afraid of being hurt again. Or it could be a past failure that makes you too scared to apply for that dream job. The past is holding your future hostage.

In this month's edition of IGNIDOC, I'll be sharing Holy Ghost inspired keys that will catalyze your healing from emotional wounds and Past trauma.

Frankly, this is one conversation I think we all need.
