Management

Mrs. Delphina Eze

Mrs. Delphina Eze is a seasoned public administrator and strategic leader with over 28 years of experience in administration, youth empowerment, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development. She holds an M.Sc. in Rural Development as well as postgraduate diplomas in Education, Public Administration, and Management Science.

She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Entrepreneurship Development at the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja, where she leads nationwide youth entrepreneurship programs and stakeholder collaborations. Prior to this, she pioneered Nigeria’s first NYSC Skill Acquisition Centre as Assistant Director at the NYSC FCT Secretariat—an innovation that has since been adopted nationwide.

Mrs. Eze has held key roles within the NYSC in areas such as inspection, ICT, welfare, and youth development, where she has consistently championed innovation and excellence. She is a Certified Human Resource Manager and a member of the Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria.

In recognition of her exceptional service and dedication to public administration, Mrs. Delphina Eze was formally inducted into the Fellowship of the Pan African Leadership and Management Institute on July 3, 2025, during the commemoration of the 2025 United Nations Public Service Day. The event was jointly commemorated by the Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN) in strategic collaboration with the Pan African Leadership and Management Institute (PALMI) to honour outstanding and dutiful Public Office Holders across Nigeria.

A two-time national award recipient, Mrs. Eze has been recognized for her contributions to leadership, capacity building, and community development. She has led impactful initiatives including the UNICEF/NYSC C-Field Interventions and national HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns.

Fluent in English and Benin, and conversant in Igbo and Hausa, Mrs. Eze continues to drive transformational change through youth development, leadership innovation, and exemplary public service.

Hon. Adedoyin Elizabeth Eshanomi

She was inducted a Fellow of the Pan African Leadership and Management Institute (PALMi) during the 2025 United Nations Public Service Day commemoration event organized by the Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN) in strategic collaboration with PALMi on the 3rd of July 2025.

Hon. Adedoyin Elizabeth Eshanomi is a distinguished political leader, accomplished administrator, and entrepreneur from Yagba-East Local Government Area of Kogi State. She currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Gayeda Properties & Investment, bringing decades of experience in public service, politics, and enterprise development.

A pioneering member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Eshanomi is widely recognized for her unwavering party loyalty and strategic contributions to its growth at both state and national levels. Guided by the political philosophy of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, she is deeply committed to human capital development and grassroots empowerment—particularly among women, youth, and marginalized communities. Her legacy includes impactful initiatives such as soft loan schemes, food distribution, and free medical outreaches across Kogi West.

She is a two-time senatorial aspirant under the APC (2019 and 2023) who, in the spirit of party unity, selflessly stepped aside in support of internal power balancing. She has served prominently in the APC Presidential Campaign Council's Contact and Mobilization Directorate and was a member of the Security and Intelligence Sub-Committee during the 2019 presidential inauguration.

Hon. Eshanomi currently serves as National Coordinator of the APC Women Contestant Forum, a network of over 330 female political leaders across Nigeria. She is also the convener of the Gida-Gida Northern Women for Tinubu-Shettima Campaign Group, a powerful grassroots movement that mobilized Northern women in support of the Tinubu-Shettima ticket. As founder and president of the Doyin and Suzan Foundation, she has empowered thousands through technology training, vocational skills acquisition, educational sponsorships, and health initiatives—many delivered in collaboration with global partners.

An academic trailblazer, she holds a B.Sc., MPA, and M.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Abuja, where she is currently a PhD candidate. She is also a certified nurse and midwife, and has completed extensive professional training in leadership, governance, ethics, organizational development, and conflict resolution. She is an alumna of Harvard University Business School, where she earned a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Essentials in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

From her early days in clerical service to her emergence as a public sector leader and political powerhouse, Hon. Eshanomi embodies empathy, integrity, and transformational leadership. She continues to be a driving force in the advancement of Kogi State and the nation at large.
