Islam is my religion, and this religion has taken nothing away from me but has given me more than the world can offer.
I am empowered, vocationally, educationally, mentally, spiritually and verbally.
If you ever feel that Islam deprives you of goodness as a muslim woman just know that the devil whisper is powerful.
And remember that you are battling with nothing but insecurities, and the worldly projection on what you should rate as freedom.
You are nothing without Allah, you will never have existed without him, there's a reason to your existence one of which to worship Allah with all of you.
So worship here doesn't mean you should not acquire education, become vocal, engage in business or have freedom of speech.
Rather you should engage in all of this with the fear of Allah, that's the worship.
It's a misplaced priority to think that all you need to do is use hijab and spend all days in the mosque. That's not worship, that's an action resulting from misinformation of islamic religion.
If earning a living isn't mandatory for women, maybe we would have existed without hunger or the cravings to satisfy our aesthetic and other needs.
The prophet SAW encouraged Muslims to acquire education. And He also promote business by engaging in business himself.
The first wife of the prophet SAW Khadijah ra. Was a renowned business tycoon known for her enormous wealth.
She positively invested her wealth in Islam.
The reason why some of you are naked in the street is because you feel Islam enslave women, so you find yourself choosing between becoming successful and becoming a Muslim.
You can be successful with Islam and in islam.
