We are continuously praying for Ukraine. The statistics by Joyce Msuya, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs illustrates the devastating effects of war.

Many have fled in search of safety, lives have been lost and the trauma has left an impact in many peoples lives.

It is time to end war.
We pray for peace.

One month down and counting. It is time to stand for justice.
We hold a moment of silence for the many lives lost with the ongoing invasion. Every life matters!

EduHub team is in support for peace and says no to war.

Many are times we don't get the real picture of the devastating effects of war. The ongoing invasion has left Ukraine bleeding with massive loss of lives, lack of access to basic human rights such as food/shelter and many fleeing in search of safety.
This BBC video shows the real impact of the ongoing crisis.

We stand with Ukraine and strongly advocate for Peace!
Human lives Matter!

Our hearts are filled with deep sorrow due to the current situation in Ukraine. As we are directly involved in student recruitment for Ukrainian universities, this ongoing invasion has left many suffering.
We take a strong stand against violence and we say NO! to war.

Our hearts and prayers are with the affected families. We acknowledge all hero's who have put their life at risk to fight for the safety and well being of people in Ukraine. We also say a silent prayer to all the departed souls who have fallen victims of the ongoing war: May their souls rest in peace.

Eduhub stands for peace!
We stand with Ukraine!

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine calls on the Russian Federation to immediately cease its hostilities in Kharkiv and Sumy so that we can arrange the evacuation of the civilian population, including foreign students, to safer Ukrainian cities.

There are students from India, Pakistan, China and other counties who cannot leave because of the indiscriminate shelling and barbaric missile strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on residential areas and civilian infrastructure.

The Government of Ukraine stands ready to assist foreign students to relocate from Kharkiv and Sumy should Russia commit to a ceasefire. Attempting to arrange evacuations through cities that are being subjected to Russian bombing and missile strikes is extremely dangerous.

We urgently call on the governments of India, Pakistan, China and other counties whose students have become hostages of the Russian armed aggression in Kharkiv and Sumy, to demand from Moscow that it allows the opening of a humanitarian corridor to other Ukrainian cities.

The Ukrainian government is committed to providing foreign students with all necessary assistance to enable them to return safely to their home countries.

Update for parents:

We want to encourage all parents that we are committed to journey with our students in partnership with local authorities and support groups to ensure their safety.

We’re helping them find their way out of Ukraine and get settled in other EU countries / back to their home countries.

Our students' safety is top priority.
Together we can be beacons of hope amidst this challenging times.
