Hiring: SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT ASSISTANT at TP Artistry
Fully-REMOTE Role.
COMPENSATION: N200,000 / month
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. We want someone who naturally pays attention to what's happening online, thinks ahead, and sees an opportunity and thinks, “I can make this better.”
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily activity across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and other platforms as the brand grows; schedule and publish using tools like Metricool.
• Maintain an organized content calendar; adapt and optimize content per platform.
• Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement, saves, shares, and conversions; tailor tone per platform.
• Track engagement, reach, impressions, saves, and follower growth; report on performance and recommend improvements.
Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years' professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Previous remote work experience, with the discipline and communication skills to succeed in it.
• Excellent writer who can adapt tone and style across audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok; familiarity with Threads and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Metricool (or similar), Canva, and CapCut.
