My problem is painful Sex..whenever I have s*x I do feel burning sensation in my private part.sometimes I scratched my va**na and it will later become reddish and painful.

*VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION* (Candidiasis)🙇‍♀️

*Introduction:::*

Note the following:::👇

👉A healthy va**na contains bacteria and some yeast cells. But when the balance of bacteria and yeast changes, the yeast cells can multiply. This causes intense itching, swelling, and irritation.

*What then is Candidiasis or Yeast infection*🤷🏻‍♀️

👉A va**nal yeast infection is an infection caused by yeast (a type of fungus).

👉 Va**nal yeast infection is sometimes referred to as *yeast vaginitis*
, *Candidal vaginitis*, or *Candidal vulvovaginitis.*

👉The scientific name for the yeast that causes vaginitis is *Candida*

👉Over 90% of va**nal yeast infections are caused by the species known as *Candida albicans*

👉va**nal yeast infection, also known as candidiasis is a fungal infection that causes irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the va**na and the v***a (the tissues at the va**nal opening.)

👉A va**nal yeast infection is not considered to be a s*xually transmitted disease (STD), since Candida may be present in the normal va**na,

👉However, it is possible for men to develop symptoms of skin irritation of the p***s from a yeast infection after s*xual in*******se with an infected partner, although this is not always the case.

👉 there's an increased risk of va**nal yeast infection at the time of first regular s*xual activity.

👉There's also some evidence that infections may be linked to mouth to ge***al contact (oral-ge***al s*x).

👉In women of child-bearing age, yeast infections due to Candida albicans are particularly common. This yeast normally resides on the skin or in the intestine. From these areas, it can spread to the va**na.

👉Yeast infections are more likely to occur just before menstrual periods.

👉After menopause, yeast infections are uncommon except in women who take hormone therapy.

👉Taking antibiotics increases the risk of yeast infections.

*CAUSES OF BREAST LUMPS*

*The most common causes include*:::::

👉Fibroadenomas
👉Fibrocystic changes

1. *Fibroadenomas*🧐

----They are typically smooth, rounded, movable, painless lumps.

---They usually develop in women of child-bearing age.

---- Fibroadenomas may be mistaken for breast cancer, but they are not.

---Some types of fibroadenoma do not appear to increase the risk of breast cancer. Others may increase the risk slightly.

2. *Fibrocystic changes*🧐

----includes pain, cysts, and general lumpiness in the breast.

----Women may have one or more of these symptoms.

--- Breasts feel lumpy and dense and are often tender when touched.

----In most women, fibrocystic changes are related to the monthly fluctuations in levels of the female hormones estrogen and progesterone.

---- These hormones stimulate breast tissue.

----Fibrocystic changes do not increase the risk of breast cancer.

*Other causes of breast lumps*👇

*Lumps sometimes result from*

👉Breast infections, including collections of pus (abscesses), which are very rare except during the few weeks after childbirth ( *Dangerous lumps*)

👉A clogged milk gland (galactocele), which usually occurs up to 6 to 10 months after breastfeed stops. ( *Not dangerous* )

👉Breast cancer( *dangerous lump* )

-👉and scar tissue formation. ( *do not increase the risk of breast cancer*.)

👉A lump that is stuck to the skin or chest wall

👉Swelling , reddening, thickening, or dimpling in the skin of the breast

👉Scaly skin around the ni**le

👉Changes in the shape of the breast

👉Changes in the ni**le, such as being pulled inward

👉Discharge from the ni**le, especially if it is bloody and/or occurs spontaneously (that is, without the ni**le's being squeezed or stimulated by other means).
