MEET: Ferdinand Baba Isa, Esq,. He is our Lead Legal Counsel for ODS Project & Corporate Services Limited.

He is an accomplished Legal Practitioner, Principal Consultant at FBI LEGAL, and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. An academic heavyweight, he holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Jos, an MBA from Nexford University, USA, and is currently pursuing a PhD.

His global professional footprint spans South Korea, Dubai, and the USA, specializing in Competition Law and Interest . A former Special Adviser to a Presidential Panel and member of the Administration of Justice Monitoring Committee, FBI is a veteran in governance, research, and criminal reform.

Beyond law, he is a prolific writer and performance expert, in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Human Behavioral Psychology. This multidisciplinary background fuels his of high-impact projects like The FBI Connect, The FBI Mentoring Sessions, and the Business Plan Competition.

FBI continues to use law and organizational design as tools to solve complex societal issues and drive business .

MEET: Prof. Terhemba Wuam is the Director, Capacity Building/ Learning development ODS Project & Corporate Services Limited

He is Professor of Economic History with Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Nigeria. He is a member of the Historical Society of Nigeria and of the Association for United Asian , Nigeria. He is an expert in design and development. He has served as editor/editorial board member of several including being the current editor of Kaduna Journal of Humanities.

He is keenly interested in military history and has on the subject of precolonial defence in Africa, the Nigerian Civil War and the military in political in Nigeria. Some of his publications include Colonialism and the Transition to Modernity in Africa (edited with Joseph D. Mangut and The 1914 Amalgamation and a Century of Nationhood (edited with V. Egwemi).

His areas of on-going interest cover the themes of economic growth and development, Higher Education Administration, , and social change in Africa and Asia.

He is a distinguished strategist and consultant with a PhD in Environmental Management from Lancaster University and advanced certifications from Cambridge, Stanford, and MIT.

He currently serves as the African Regional Adviser for the University of London and Director of Africa for Lancaster University. As the Founder of FlexyLearn International and Lead Consultant for ODS Project & Corporate Services, Dr. Odon specializes in international and growth. With a proven track record of securing over #£45million in grants, he created the globally recognized International and (IGRM) to drive sustainable impact."

Prof. Engr. Michael O. Faborode FNAL is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ODS Project & Corporate Services Limited.

He is a Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering, and a Member of the Policy Development and Advisory Committee (PDAC) of the National Universities Commission. He served as the Vice Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University from 2006-2011.

He was President, West African Society for Agricultural Engineering, and Vice President, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Educated at Ife and Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.

Prof. Faborode demonstrates exceptional expertise in Higher Education Administration, agricultural mechanization, sustainable development practice, and technology-innovation policy.

Kenneth Oguzie (Kenny Ken Kenny) is the CEO and Managing Director of ODS Projects and Corporate Services Limited since 2017.

He has more than 2 decades of extensive experience in developing and managing international across Africa, Canada, and Europe. He is seasoned in the delivery high-level project management, successfully leading complex, -stakeholder initiatives from concept to ex*****on.

He brings deep expertise in business consulting, providing strategic advisory services to institutions, private sector organizations, and academic bodies.

He has won numerous international awards especially in his role in fostering cross-border , driving sustainable growth opportunities, and delivering impactful in diverse global markets.
