Before marriage comes relationship. And how you handle relationships before marriage says a lot about the kind of marriage you will build.

Here are three marks of a godly relationship:
1. It is Christ-centred. Two people who individually love God will love each other better. You cannot give what you do not have.

2. It is purpose-driven. Godly relationships are not just about feelings. They move intentionally toward something commitment, family, the glory of God.

3. It guards purity. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 is clear, God's will for us is sanctification. A relationship that dishonours God cannot produce a marriage that honours Him.

Whether you are single or courting, these principles matter. Build right from the beginning.

I do not share these things because I have arrived. I share them because I am on the same journey as you.

The things I talk about on this page are not things I have perfected. They are things I am walking out daily as a believer, as a husband, as a father, as a member of the body of Christ.
I have seen what happens when the Word of God is applied to real life. I have seen marriages restored. I have seen families come back to God. I have seen young people make decisions for Christ that changed the trajectory of their lives.

That is why I created this page. Not to preach from a distance but to walk with you, share what God is teaching me, and believe together that His Word works.

The way you raise your child today is shaping the adult they will become tomorrow.

Proverbs 22:6 says:
"Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

One of the greatest assignments God can give a person is the assignment of parenthood.

Your child is not just yours they are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3). And the way you raise them matters for eternity.
Godly parenting is not about being a perfect parent. It is about being a prayerful one. It is about pointing your children to Christ consistently, not just on Sundays.

Let us raise a generation that knows God not just by name, but by experience.

God did not design marriage to make you happy. He designed it to make you holy and in that holiness, you find a joy the world cannot give.

Three things the Bible teaches us about marriage:
1. It is a covenant, not a contract. Contracts are broken when terms are not met. Covenants are kept by the grace of God even when things are hard.

2. It is a reflection of Christ and the Church. Ephesians 5:25 calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the Church. That is a sacrificial, unconditional, purposeful love.

3. It requires intentional cultivation. A godly marriage does not happen by accident. It is built daily through prayer, communication, forgiveness, and the Word of God.

Everything we do here begins with the Gospel.

Not the Gospel as a starting point we move on from but the Gospel as the very foundation of all of life. The Apostle Paul declared in Romans 1:16:
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth."

That power does not stop at salvation. It reaches into your marriage. It reaches into your parenting. It reaches into how you treat your spouse, raise your children, and love your neighbour.
The Gospel is not just what saves us. It is what shapes us.
