I am happy with the progress of awareness of digital skills and online business in Africa and Nigeria.

When I started my business, not many were aware of digital skills and how possible it was to make money legitimately working with your laptop from home or as a side business.

I know this because it always took me a while to explain the business to people, and some grasped it while others didn’t.

They didn’t because their minds could not grasp that something like that existed and was legitimate.

I got comments like: “Is that one a business “? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I know that not everyone still understands it or can grasp its possibilities or potential, but I am happy with the progress we have made and are making in our different corners of the internet.

Another angle is that it was difficult to find someone in your locality who could hire you for what you do.

With the progress of awareness that I see today, I see people getting hired for their services locally becoming almost a forgotten trend.
