They brought light.

There is something powerful about the prayers of children.

It was such an honour to minister at When Children Pray Zaria and witness young hearts worship, pray, and seek God with such sincerity and faith.

Moments like these remind us that children are not too young to know God, hear His voice, and carry His presence.

My heart is full, and I’m convinced that God is raising a generation that will shine brightly for Him.

“Out of the mouths of children and infants, You have ordained praise.” — Psalm 8:2

It was a privilege to train the Children’s Teachers of New Estate Baptist Church, Abuja, on creating an inclusive ministry where every child can learn, belong, and encounter Jesus—including children with learning disabilities and other special needs.

When Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me,” He didn’t exclude any child. Neither should we.

I’m encouraged by the commitment of New Estate Baptist Church to intentionally make children’s ministry a place where every child is welcomed, valued, and loved.

The Church is at its best when every child has the opportunity to know Jesus.

The future of a child can change in the place of prayer.

One sincere prayer from a child can ignite faith, build courage, strengthen character, and open doors that only God can.

Tomorrow, I’ll be ministering live to children on the theme “When Children Pray.” Together, we’ll help them understand that prayer isn’t just for adults—God delights in hearing the voices of children.

Parents, this is more than another children’s meeting. It’s an opportunity for your child to encounter God in a personal and meaningful way.

Bring your children along, and let’s trust God for a generation that knows how to pray, hear His voice, and walk in His purpose.

I spent my weekend training the children’s teachers at New Estate Faith Baptist Church—and it was truly remarkable.

But here’s the deeper part of the work…

We are intentionally building a system that supports children with special needs within a faith-based setting.

This means children on the spectrum are not left out.
They get to learn about Jesus in a way that is meaningful, engaging, and tailored to them.

Because when Jesus said, “let the little children come,” He didn’t mean some.
He meant all.

So we must be intentional about creating spaces where every child can truly encounter Him.

And honestly… isn’t that beautiful? Thank you Mrs for the invite. This is meaningful work.

Children don’t need stricter discipline.
They need to be understood differently.

And this is where many children teachers struggle not because they lack care, but because they’ve never been equipped to see beyond what is obvious.

In most teaching environments, it’s easy to respond to behaviour at face value.
But real impact begins when you develop the ability to pause, discern, and respond with intention.

This is what separates simply showing up from truly influencing a child’s life.

At the Children Teachers Workshop, which is scheduled for today by 8pm WAT
we focus on helping you build that capacity so you’re not just reacting, but responding with clarity, depth, and purpose.
