Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe
Today we reflect on the Kingship of Christ a kingship revealed not through earthly power, but through the glory of the Cross.
As Pope Benedict XVI teaches, the Cross is the “moment of truth,” where Christ’s love shines with majesty.
The good thief recognized Him as King, and Jesus answered:
“Today you will be with me in Paradise.” (Lk 23:43)
May we, as students and disciples, also recognize Christ’s reign in our lives and choose Him daily.
✝️ Christ is King yesterday, today, and forever.
✨ Beautiful Moments in the Catholic Church ⛪️
A sacred and historic occasion the Ordination of a Bishop presided over by Pope Leo XIV.
A true reflection of apostolic succession, unity, and the grace that continues to guide the Church through the ages.
🙏 “I will give you shepherds after my own heart.” (Jeremiah 3:15)

Today’s Celebration: Two New Saints for the Modern World
Canonized on September 7, 2025, by Pope Leo XIV:
1️⃣ St. Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) Known as the “Millennial Saint” and “Patron of the Internet.” Carlo united his love for technology with deep Eucharistic devotion, creating a global online catalogue of Eucharistic miracles. He died at just 15 from leukaemia, leaving behind an inspiring witness of youthful holiness.
2️⃣ St. Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901–1925) A vibrant layman from Turin, he lived with contagious joy, dedicating himself to the poor, justice, and faith. A mountaineer and activist, he is now honored as Patron of Youth and Students.
Why This Matters to Us (Especially the Youth & Students)
As St. Thomas Aquinas reminds us in “Teaching, Becoming a Saint, Growing in Virtue”—
➡️ We are all called to sainthood, not by perfection, but by growing in virtue and friendship with God.
St. Carlo Acutis shows us that faith and digital culture can go hand in hand—your tech passion can serve Christ.
St. Pier Giorgio Frassati teaches us that service, prayer, and joy can coexist beautifully and inspire the world.
A Message to the Youth and to All of Us
Dear friends, especially young people: You too can be a saint.
Your studies, friendships, hobbies, and daily choices are all opportunities for holiness.
Let Carlo and Pier Giorgio inspire you to live authentically for Christ, right where you are.
Let us strive to:
✅ Grow in virtue
✅ Serve with joy
✅ Witness the Gospel in everyday life
🙏 Saints Carlo Acutis & Pier Giorgio Frassati, pray for us!

21 August | Feast of Pope St. Pius X
(2 June 1835 – 20 August 1914)
Today the Church honors Pope St. Pius X, remembered as the “Pope of the Eucharist” for encouraging frequent reception of Holy Communion even for children. He lived with deep humility, simplicity, and courage in defending the faith.
In his letter to the French bishops in 1910, Pope Pius X reminded us that true charity is inseparable from truth:
“Further, whilst Jesus was kind to sinners and to those who went astray, He did not respect their false ideas, however sincere they might have appeared. He loved them all, but He instructed them in order to convert them and save them.”
“The primary duty of charity does not lie in the toleration of false ideas… but in the zeal for their intellectual and moral improvement as well as for their material well-being.”
Notre Charge Apostolique (Our Apostolic Mandate), August 15, 1910
His words remind us that real love goes beyond acceptance it seeks the eternal good of the other, guiding them toward truth, holiness, and salvation in Christ.
🙏 Pope St. Pius X, pray for us!

Feast of Saints Martha, Mary, and Lazarus – July 29
“Now Jesus loved Martha, her sister, and Lazarus.” – John 11:5
Today, we celebrate the beloved siblings of Bethany Martha, Mary, and Lazarus dear friends of Jesus who welcomed Him, listened to Him, and believed in Him.
📖 In Luke 10, we see Martha’s service and Mary’s devotion, teaching us the balance between action and adoration.
💧 In John 12, Mary anoints Jesus’ feet with costly perfume—an act of love and worship that prepared Him for His burial.
💬 And in John 11, we witness Jesus weeping at Lazarus’ tomb before raising him from the dead—revealing both His humanity and His divine power over death.
These three saints remind us that:
🔹 Friendship with Jesus is real and personal.
🔹 Service and prayer both matter.
🔹 True faith grows through love, loss, and hope.
Let us welcome Jesus into our homes and hearts, just as Martha, Mary, and Lazarus did. May their faithful example inspire us to live in deep friendship with Christ.

🌟Feast of Saint Mary Magdalene – July 22 🌟
Today, we honor St. Mary Magdalene, a powerful witness to the transforming grace of God.
Delivered by Jesus from seven demons, Mary became one of His most devoted followers. She stood by the Cross, wept at the tomb, and was the first to see the Risen Christ earning her the title “Apostle to the Apostles.”
✨Her life is a reminder that no one is beyond redemption.
Patron Saint of:
Converts
Repentant Sinners
Women in Ministry
Let her story inspire us today to remain faithful, courageous, and rooted in divine love.

📖 SUNDAY REFLECTION
🔹"Lord, send a revival and let it begin with me."
Sunday is more than a service it's a summit of power and intimacy with God. Today, we don’t just attend church; we become the Church.
At The Mandate Bible College, we are raising people who carry revival. Like St. Frederick, like Paul, like the apostles, we are born to transform nations and territories.
As you worship today, ask God:
🙇 “What would you have me do?”
🔥 “Where would you have me go?”
💬 “What message would you have me speak?”
And then, with boldness, go out and do it.
