Having weak er****on is normal, it only becomes a problems when you frequently have it.

WAYS TO PREVENT OR CURE WEAK ER****ON.

1.KEGEL EXERCISE. It helps you squeeze your ge***al muscles, exercise the muscles around the pelvic areas, like when you have urge to urinate, that muscle that you used to hold that urine till you get to where u want to urinate.

2.STAY HYDRATED. Drinking water always, for your p*nis to be erected, it requires lots of blood flow, it's the blood flow to that area that makes it stand, and makes it to be able to function properly as a man.
Please stay hydrated so that your blood volume will increase and there will be increased circulation of blood to that P*nis.

3.EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.Bcuz it contains lots of vitamins and lots of minerals which tends to help to build your body system.If you are a man , you aren't eating fruits and vegetables, is going to affect your functioning thereby leading to weak er****on.

4.REGULAR EXERCISE. Men that exercise lasts way too long on bed.

5.CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONAL STAGE.Some men can't give love, they feel not to love, so their emotional stage is down, create a positive emotional stage.

6.REDUCE STRESS.

7.REPLACE DANGEROUS HABITS WITH GOOD ONES. Instead of smoking, why not take fruits all time.

8.AVOID P**N AND MA********ON. It kills your sexual desire, it makes you not to last and not feel anything when you are with your partner, stop watching anything p**n, stop ur taught from thinking about it.🙏

8.ENCOURAGE GOOD FOREPLAY.

Remember to always checkmate yourself .
