I facilitated capacity building training on "Attitudinal Change & Peak Performance" for improved productivity and accelerated business results last week, Wednesday 18th January, 2023 @ Instinct Resource Services Ltd. It was a great experience and a moment of awakening for the participants.

Nothing changes until the paradigm does. Millions of jobs, sales and customers are lost daily because of poor attitudes. Attitude has ruined more businesses and relationships than any other single factor. It would be impossible to estimate the number of opportunities missed because of negative mental attitude and poor behavior. The training exposes the mental root cause of attitude and how it controls performance and results.

Why Mind Power Training? (1)

In his book, "Powershift", Alvin Toffler (1990) wrote:
"The great economic development of our time has been the rise of a new system of creating wealth that is no longer based on muscle but on mind."

It is very obvious today that the human mind is the ultimate machine for wealth creation. It is the greatest economic resource available to all, yet most misunderstood, neglected or taken for granted. And that's the root cause of today's troubles.

Resurgence

In the last two years my health has been challenged in a manner that I didn't forsee or thought was possible. But God has kept me strong and I'm now ready to continue again.

Just three days ago I facilitated Mind Power training by His grace and strength. I started studying and investigating the subject of Mind Power since 2008. It's an area that is totally alien to an average person in Africa. If individuals and business owners understand how the mind works and how to use this great asset of inestimable value, it will reflect in the quality of minds, products and services we see in the marketplace. No single graduate will be unemployed or underemployed. I kid you not. However, mind power has remain a mystery to an African survivalist. That's why he or she only reads for the purpose of getting a certificate or for some elevated status to fill his emptiness of intellectual inadequacy.

Having put together a training manual on the subject of mind power that is second to none in the world given its originality and simplicity, our team is taking this training to the nooks and crannies of the world. We just started with Instinct Resource Services Ltd. And as I talk to you now our January calendar is getting full already.

We are not surprised at surge of demand we're getting for this training because we are offering something everyone needs today, and there are very few people who have the expertise to do it in Africa, not in the way we teach it.

Your mind needs to be trained for the job it was designed to do for you. And it's your job to train your mind. We only teach you how to do it well.

Three Steps to Overcoming Any Struggle

- Become Humble

The first thing you do when you finally become tired of making excuses and ready to overcome the struggles you're facing now is to become humble enough to admit that you're struggling in that particular area of life. You must first have a meeting with yourself and be honest enough to say, "Hey Tochi, you're struggling financially. You're struggling with po*******hy, ma********on and fornication." Yes, admit it!

- Become inquisitive and hungry for a change

After admitting the fact that you're broke, jobless, underemployed or whatever, you then ask yourself: "Who can I learn from who has overcome the same struggles or a known expert who helps people deal with my kind of challenges?

One thing that gives me so much hope in life is that knowledge is neither selective nor partial. It works for anyone who has it and knows how to apply it. (This is a huge relief). What it means is that I can replicate any result I see in others if only I can have the knowledge that produces that particular result in their lives.

Knowledge doesn't make one superior to another; it only gives the possessor an advantage over others and makes him a master over circumstances. If I have the same knowledge and apply it correctly I will produce the exact result, even better. Knowledge doesn't make someone better than me. It tells me what I am also capable of doing if only I can humble myself and learn from that person regardless of his age, religion, tribe or gender.

When I see someone consistently produce an incredible result in any area of life that I'm struggling in, I just know that there's something the person knows that I don't know. Humbly, I look for a way to find the knowledge behind the result he produces. This was how I overcame the fear of driving in my early 30s when I bought my first car but unable to drive it because of fear. I approached who knows how to drive well (he was my junior by age) and I asked him: "What's the trick?" In less than one hour I took to the road alone! Since then I have been driving. The same principle I apply to getting a good job, making money or overcoming sexual struggles.

- Become Obedient

You must be willing and obedient enough to obey whatever instructions they give you if you truly want to produce the same result. Do exactly it the same way they told you even though you may not know why it should be done so. Become obedient! If you do it another way, you're being disobedient and it will cost you. I simply did what my driving mentor told and the car obeyed me. Now I have mastered driving I can do certain things my own way.

These three steps are critical if you truly desire a change! Humility and obedience go together!

You Are Pregnant!

You are here to deliver something (destiny) for which you were born. You are here because you were sent on a rescue mission.

You are pregnant with an answer to a question on the lips of many people today. And until you deliver what you carry they will remain in their state of confusion.

You are pregnant with a solution to a particular problem in the lives of millions today. And until you deliver what you carry, their condition will remain unchanged.

You are pregnant with a relief to a particular pain that is killing many people today. Until you deliver what you carry, they will remain in their pains and eventually die with these pains.

You are pregnant with a link to the destinies of millions. And until you come into your place of calling, they will never fulfill their own destinies.

Imagine the millions of people that earn their living from Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zoom etc today. Imagine if these tech-founders did not deliver their 'babies' in the light of Covid-19 challenges.

I have just showed you how much important you are to God's agenda and humanity in general. You were born for others. What you carry is too important and sensitive to be aborted, wasted or die stillborn.

You are not here for yourself. You are here as a vehicle to deliver humanity from its limitations and to expand opportunities for the rest of us.

When you were born, there was joy everywhere. If it were today, your parents might have posted your cute picture online and many people would have posted congratulatory messages to share the moment with them. The story in town was that your mum had a safe delivery. It meant that you arrived here safely after nine months in the womb.

The question I will like to ask you is this: why did you come? What were you sent to deliver? What are you carrying for this generation? What efforts are you making to discover your purpose, identity and calling? Have you been carried away by the activities of the world that you have forgotten that you are actually here on a mission?

If the President of Nigeria sends you on a mission to the United States, what will you do the moment you arrive your destination? Are you aware that you will be required to come back with a report?

At the end of your stay on earth, what will be your report to your maker based on the assignment you were given? Start with this end in mind.

God Has a Purpose & Plan for You!

Are you not excited that God created you on, with and for a purpose? The purpose of any purpose is to be accomplished. He also has a plan to help you find and accomplish His purpose for your life on earth.

It doesn't matter where you were born or the circumstances surrounding your birth. You are a masterpiece of God created for a great life. Your greatness in life lies in following God's intentions for your being.

God has purpose for your life. God has plan for your life. God has provisions to make you exactly what He had envisioned from the beginning.

With the above understanding, life's burdens become easy. Worries disappear in the light of this knowledge that God is behind the scene of your life every single moment. However, if you choose to do your own thing, God will not interfere with your will.

Great life begins with trusting God and with absolute faith that your life is not an accident. He planned every details of your life and prepared solutions to all the problems you will ever encounter in life. Nothing in your life is a surprise to God.

The happiest life on earth is one that's anchored on trust that God will not only reveal His plan for your life but has already made you a success. That's faith!

Why worry today when you have no idea what God has in store for you as tomorrow approaches? Why boast of your success today when you have no idea of what your enemies are planning for you? But when your trust and hope are anchored on God's faithfulness, no matter what happens today or what will happen tomorrow, you are at peace that God got your back.

You are not an ordinary human being but a person on a mission with a divine mandate for your generation.

You are God's gift and blessing to your generation.

You are not a liability but an asset. You are not an empty vessel, but a vessel of inestimable value.

You are God's best solution and answer to a particular need of your generation. You are needed desperately by the world.

You are the reason for the freedom, success and joy of many.

You are the very best thing that has happened to your generation.

You are a generational thinker.

You are a global achiever.

Your generation will feel your presence and when you are done, they will feel your absence.

If you see yourself this way, think this way, talk this way and act this way, you will surely manifest these qualities.

Finally, you are an inter-generational influencer!
