Let's teach the long vowel /ay/that says Ah also /ai/ so also / a with a silent e/ makes the sound Ah. Phonics is the way to go.
ai says Ah as in the word
Sail , pain , snail, jail, add more if you know it.
When we spell this long vowel/ ai/is always the middle sound. Come learn more about phonics with us.
