Who am I?

I am more than a conqueror; I'm born of God: “I am of God, His little child, and have overcome the world: because greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). Hallelujah!

What do I know?

“And I know that all things work together for my good because I love God, haven been called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).

I know that come what may; no matter the situation or where I find myself; nothing can be to my disadvantage.

How could I lose with the Holy Spirit in me?

Even if you're not at all responsible for the stress you experienced, it's always a good idea to take some time and evaluate your actions.

As hard as it may sound, a little sincere self-reflection is always helpful.

When you go through your evaluation process, be sincere with yourself.

Look for opportunities for improvement and don't forget to recognize what you did well.

Set aside the time and be disciplined about reflection.

I challenge you in your quest to raise your resilience threshold to practice asking for things you're not sure you will receive.

When you do, manage your internal language. Instead of thinking about the negativity of the no, praise yourself for stretching your asking muscles and thinking of the next ask opportunity.

Federal Reserve Signals Potential Policy Shift

The Federal Reserve is signaling a potential change in its monetary policy stance, moving from a highly restrictive approach characterised by aggressive rate hikes to a more accommodating one that could involve rate cuts. Despite market participants and analysts desires for clearer guidance, the Fed's narrative remains focused on the need for additional data before making any definitive moves.

Recent economic data suggests that the Fed's restrictive policy has had a significant impact on inflation, which peaked above 9% in June 2022. However, the lack of forward guidance from the Fed has left investors and traders uncertain about the timing and extent of potential rate cuts. Although multiple Federal Reserve officials are scheduled to speak, their statements often lack definitive information, with many expressing optimism about the direction of inflation while acknowledging ongoing challenges.

Chairman Powell has notably downplayed the likelihood of a rate cut in March, dampening expectations for an imminent policy shift. Consequently, the gold market has experienced limited upward momentum, with prices trading relatively flat.
