Ya Allah, Protect us from the known and unknown enemies and evils all around. Grant us the strength and good patience to cope with our trials. Help us surrender to Your Decree because You know what we don’t. You know us better than we know ourselves! You know what we need. You know what’s best for us! Aameen.

Heavenly Father, as I grow older, I pray for Your continued guidance in the year ahead. Grant me wisdom in every decision, strength in every challenge, and the courage to fulfill the destiny You have placed before me. May I always seek Your will and grow in patience and understanding. Amen.

Your brand won’t move until YOU apply force. Newton’s First Law says a body stays still unless an unbalanced force acts on it — same with business. Your label won’t grow on its own, so sleep can wait but hustle can’t. Newton’s Second Law says $F = ma$ — your speed is how hard you push divided by how heavy your load is. Knowledge and wisdom give you more acceleration, while bills and inventory add more mass. So push harder, or get smarter. Because the truth is, there’s only a thin line between bankruptcy and success, and the difference is who refused to blink first. Don’t wait for motion. Create it. 🚀

It is crucial to exercise discretion when introducing associates to sensitive areas of your professional life. Some individuals may exploit these opportunities to their fullest extent, potentially leading to loss of valuable assets, relationships, and ultimately, damage to your business. Protect your interests by carefully selecting who to include in your professional network. Happy Sunday guys ✌️

Invitation to the Commissioning of Two Motorized Boreholes

We believe that real progress starts with meeting the basic needs of the community. This is service, driven by humanity, not politics.

The SANAN Foundation is pleased to invite the general public to the official commissioning of two newly installed motorized boreholes for the benefit of our communities:

We have noted your concerns regarding the pledged renovation of Ankpa General Hospital following the painful loss of our brother, Kebiru Muhammed (Kesman). We share in the community’s grief and its desire for improved healthcare, and we appreciate citizens who hold public commitments to account.

For clarity, SANAN FOUNDATION remains fully committed to the project. Through the Office of the Senior Technical Advisor, Health Systems Strengthening, Dr. Zakari Alhaji Usman, we formally wrote to the Kogi State Commissioner for Health, the Chief Medical Director, and the Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area. With the effort of Dr. Zax, we secured immediate approval from both the Ankpa LGA Chairman and the CMD to proceed.

What is currently holding the commencement of work is the approval of the Honourable Commissioner for Health. His position is that the State Government has an ongoing plan to renovate a zonal hospital in every Local Government Area. To avoid duplication of resources and doing the same work twice, he has advised that we hold briefly while his office ascertains the full scope and timeline of the state’s intervention. Once that is clarified, the Foundation will be cleared to continue its intervention.

We respect public scrutiny. It is a vital part of check and balance. We only ask that it be done constructively and with verified information. SANAN FOUNDATION has never walked back on a commitment to Ankpa people, and we will not start now. We will update the public as soon as we receive the go-ahead from the State Ministry of Health.

We thank you for your advocacy and assure the community that this project has not been abandoned.

Behind the Scenes: The Untold Story of SANAN
Building People, Building Futures

The CEO of SANAN REAL HOMES LTD, Alhaji Sanusi Abdul Sanusi has built a strong reputation for supporting his people, not just in words but through real action. Over the past two years, through the SANAN FOUNDATION, he has helped many indigenes of Kogi East especially from Ankpa Federal Constituency secure federal government jobs. This effort has improved lives, created opportunities, and shown his commitment to reducing unemployment and hardship in the community.

As he now aspires to represent Ankpa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, publishing the list of beneficiaries is not to show off but to highlight what has already been achieved and build trust with the people. It will also shows that his ambition is rooted in service and results. With a successful background in the private sector, he aims to use public office to expand these efforts, create more opportunities, and continue working towards reducing poverty across the constituency.

Attached below are list of some beneficiaries of SANANS job facilitation.
