The act of drumming teaches lessons one could apply in day-to-day life situations. The act of drumming left a mark on the exhibitor which he then applies to other situations to make him a Champion or a Legend if he desires it. However, not all exhibitors learn this lessons from the act very quickly. Some even stay in that state of ingnorance for so long till they begin to use supports for their locomotor movement, they don't know until they begin to grow grey and so on. They see it perhaps, from a peripheral perspective; thereby paying less attention to the essentials. It doesn't matter when you gets to this concious state of purpose discovery. What matters is that you know there is a genuine purpose for that act of drumming or whatever you chose. You can't afford to be an ignoramus for so long, insensitive to details that could thrust you to greater heights.
