Not because of your designer. But because of what you didn't do BEFORE you hired me.
I've seen it 27 times this year.
Business owners pay โฆ250k-900k for a website.
The designer builds it. The client gets a beautiful site. With Zero leads. Zero sales. Zero Return On Investment.
Then they blame the designer. The designer blames them. The website collects dust.
Here's the truth nobody wants to hear:ย
โขโขโขโข The problem wasn't the website.
โขโขโขโข It was the lack of strategy before the website was being built.
You can't build a digital system without mapping out the customer journey first.
You can't deploy a website without clarity on what it's meant to DO.
Before you hire ANY web designer (including me), do this first:
โขโขโขโขโข ๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐น.
Not "I want a website." That's decoration.
- Are you capturing leads?
- Are you booking consultations?
- Are you selling products directly?
- Are you building authority?
One goal = Clear Outcome.

Not "everyone who needs my service."
- Who specifically are you serving?
- What keeps them up at night?
- Where do they search for your solutions?
Chief Ezumezu (my 52-year-old construction client) wasted โฆ350k on a "Computer Boy" who built a Wix site with dummy text because he never defined WHO the site was for.
Is it Commissioners? Suppliers? Partners?ย
The site tried to talk to everyone and ended up connecting to no one.

What EXACTLY are you selling?
Not "construction services." Too vague.
- Complete home builds for you?
- Renovations?
- Project management?
- Consulting?
Your website can't sell what you can't articulate.
This is the surveying principle I learned from my experience:
You can't build a structure without surveying the land first.
You can't expect me to be a website for you, without first articulating who we are designing for and why we are designing the website in the first place.

Simply because you aren't giving them a path to take.
Remember.......
The market doesn't reward the person who posts the most.
It rewards the person who makes it easier for people to buy.
Your content should be the Invite,
but your Funnel must be the Closing Table
Even While you are sleeping, or at the gym, or working with a high-paying client, your website and funnel should be:
๐งฒ Filtering out the "freebie seekers."
๐งฒ Educating the serious prospects about your product
๐งฒ Handling the payments automatically.
So Stop being a slave to the algorithm. Start building an asset that sells while you live your life.

Just like yesterday, it's already the end of my 30-day Instagram challenge with
This challenge literally taught me the power of consistency,
It's makes me more discipline,
taught me how to create content that truly connects with people.
Meanwhile is not that easy to used the prompt,
The prompt made me think about ways I could share my value,
Inspired me to take action,
and help me to grow.
And it worth it? 100%!
Big lesson: showing up daily makes a difference, I wouldn't have post anything if not consistent.

For me, consistency is more powerful than motivation.
Honestly, over the past few days, I can't believe I'll be able to post consistently on Instagram
If not because I'm super motivated,
but just because I've decided to show up, and join a challenge group.
There are times I look at my content and I'm like, "Just one like?
Two likes?"
But here's the thing:
consistency doesn't always give you immediate results. In fact, most of the time the results come much later.
Imagine checking my page few minutes ago and I had posted over 10 times.
That alone made me happy, because without consistency, I wouldn't have made any posts at all.
The difference between success and failure isn't about talent;
it's about consistency.
When you look back after weeks or months of putting in the work,
you'll be amazed at how far you've come.
For me, consistency is key. And am really grateful.
