White House Emerges Champion in Football Category at the 4th Inter-House Sports Competition of Onuebonyi Inyimagu Community Secondary School, Abakaliki

The White House emerges Champion in the football champion at the 4th edition of the Inter-House Sports Competition held today at Onuebonyi Inyimagu Community Secondary School, Abakaliki. The final match was a thrilling encounter between White House and Orange House, which ended in a 2-2 draw, with White House clinching victory through a penalty shootout, winning 6-5.

In the battle for third place, Blue House triumphed over Purple House with a convincing 4-1 scoreline.

The competition, which showcased remarkable athleticism and teamwork, was attended by notable dignitaries including the Chairman of the Inter-House Sports Competition, Hon. Nwedu Chinedu J, the Principal of Onuebonyi Inyimagu Community Secondary School, Mr. Okpuru Ifeanyi G, the (Vice Principal Administration & Academics), Hon. Friday Oshine and Other Staff of the Institution.

During the event, Hon. Jacob Nwedu, along with Mr. Okpuru and Hon. Oshine, commended the participating Houses for their outstanding sportsmanship and dedication, emphasizing the importance of discipline, unity, and hard work in sports and life. They also encouraged students to maintain the same spirit of collaboration and excellence beyond the sports arena.
