All Registrars and Exam Officers of these Institutions. Executive Secretaries of National Universities Commission (NUC), National Board of Technical Education (NBTE), National Commission of Colleges of Education (NCCE), Registrars of WEAC and NECO, Military and Paramilitary training Instructions, Directors General of TetFund, Students Loan Scheme, NYSC, Senate and House of Reps Committee on Education sector ICT, Minister and top Management of Federal Ministry of Education, Registrar and JAMB Directors and staff, all over Federation, indeed, who in Education.
