PSYCHOLOGIES IN STYLES OF LEADERSHIP (LEADING FROM FRONT & LEADING FROM THE BACK)... PART ONE

Leading from the front and leading from behind can have different psychological impacts on both the leader and the team.

LEADING FROM THE FRONT

Leading from the front means that the leader actively participates in the work alongside their team, taking on tasks and responsibilities directly. This leadership style involves setting an example through action, demonstrating commitment, and being highly visible and hands-on. Leaders who lead from the front often make decisions in real-time, engage directly with challenges, and provide clear, immediate direction. This approach aims to inspire and motivate the team by showing that the leader is equally invested in the success of the project or organization.

PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT ON THE LEADER:

1. Responsibility and Pressure: Leaders who take a front-line approach often feel a significant sense of responsibility and pressure. They are visible, and their actions are closely watched and scrutinized.

2. Empowerment and Confidence: This leadership style can boost a leader’s confidence and sense of empowerment as they actively shape and direct the course of action.

3. Stress and Burnout: Constantly being in the forefront can lead to high levels of stress and a risk of burnout due to the relentless demands and visibility.

PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT ON THE TEAM:
1. Security and Motivation:Team members may feel more secure and motivated seeing their leader actively involved and taking charge, which can inspire and drive their own performance.

2. Dependence: There is a risk that team members may become overly reliant on the leader, potentially stifling their own initiative and growth.

3. Clarity and Direction:Clear guidance and direction from the leader can reduce uncertainty and improve focus among team members.

Start respecting people not because of what you will gain but because they deserve it.

Honour brings you to a place of Honour. Don't despise people because you feel they are not financially stable today.

Tomorrow you might regret not doing so when he is finally stable. Honour is a big factor. Respect no matter the age, no matter the size. Everyone deserves it.

GOD BLESS YOU

THE VESSEL AND THE MASTER(WOW A LONG STORY)

2 Timothy 2:20-21
[20]But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
[21]If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

We are all vessels, God is the master.
A vessel cannot use himself, rather the master uses the vessel. Vessel has no choice in service, rather the master uses it according to purpose and availability.

God does not use masters, he uses vessels. When you make yourself a master you take gratitude for what happened. You always want it to be about you and not God.

When the master uses the vessel we become fufiled. A vessel cannot call itself to action. The master calls it into action. When you force action, the plan changes. God leaves the scene, you struggle.

A vessel can easily stain itself by falling from position, but cannot clean itself. He is cleaned when it falls within the master's reach. It is also the master that purges the yielded vessel.

A vessel does not loose purpose but can loose position. Yielded vessels return back to positions and achieve purpose. The purpose was meant for the vessel given by the master.

It is time for you to look focus. If you have fallen lift up your head and eyes, stretch forth your hands, the master can lift you and purge.

You cannot use yourself. You need God for actualisation. Humble yourself and be focus. The assignment is for a purpose.
Hebrews 5:4
[4]And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.

Stay yielded
Stay focused
