A customer found OG’Z-WIGS through a TikTok search 🔎 for “hair vendors in Aba.”
Her friend had seen the pixie curls she bought from us, loved it, asked for my contact and reached out.
She told me who referred her, and I was genuinely excited. 🥰💃🏽💃🏽💫✨
She asked for prices for different lengths, so I sent them.
A few minutes later:
“Is this not too expensive? Others are selling cheaper. Why is your own different? You are behaving like big brands. Nne, calm down so you won’t lose customers.” 🤯😡🤬
ME: “Okay Ma. But that’s the price.”
She said she would buy from an Instagram Big brand.
ME: “Okay Ma, all the best.” 😂
And let me confess… I was vexed. (Obi Mgbawa). 😭😂
I deleted all the videos I had sent her.
Customer service ended at “all the best.” 😂🤣
Meanwhile, we had already discussed what would actually suit her.
her height, face shape, desired style, length and the right grams.

And guess where she came back?
