I could remember vividly when the learning of what Gaps in stock could mean felt like an Alien knowledge.

Gaps are rare in the crypto market, but not in Stock and Forex markets.

Gaps (jump in the market price) usually happens over the weekend in both markets. But a huge gap as such happens when there is a global event, for example, the effect of the war over the weekend between Israel/USA Vs Iran.

The retaliation of Iran to the USA base in the middle east (Global LNG) affected their supply, hence, the Qatar's Energy force majuere (halting production) leads to scarcity and spike in natural gas price. This leaves the globe to turn to Cheniere Energy.

In short as a trader, be attentive to global events, as it may play a vital role in a trend reversal or continuation.
