Al’amuran masu rikitarwa…” idan kana da tabbas din naka da yakinin wannan, to dama-dama ka iya dauka ka rike kafin ka je ka yi bincike, amma in ba ka da wannan yakini, ba ka da wannan t abbas din, zato ne kake da shi, ba za ka gina hukunci kan zato ba. Na biyu s**a ce, k**ar yara ne guda biyu ‘yan tagwaye mata, aka haife su a gida daya, daya daha cikin yaran matan, kun yi tarayya da ita wajen shan mama. Ma’ana mace daya ta shayar da ku, kai da ita. Ka gay a Zama tabbas wannan ta zama haram, ba za aure tab a, saboda an shayar da ku. Sai aka maid a ita gidansu bayan an yaye ta, ta girma tare da ‘yar uwarta wacce aka shayar da su ita a wani gida na daban. ba ka neman dalilin da zai karfafa maka fatawarka. Sai dai zai iya yiwuwa ka samu wani abu dab a ya cutarwa a jiki ko a hankali, amma duk da haka haram ne, saboda da mallakarka ne, sato shi ka yi, ko kwato shi ka yi. To a nan wurin sai ya zama ya tashi daga suna halal, ya zama haram. Wadannan al’amura masu rikitarwa, malamai sun yi maganganu a kansu; wandansu s**a ce k**ar a sami wani abu wanda nassi guda biyu s**a zo a kansa, daya nassi yana nuna hallacinsa, daya nassi yana nuna haramcinsa, kuma mun kasa tantance wane nassi ne ya riga zuwa, ballantana mu ce nassin karshe ya shafe na farko. Wato an sami Annasikh Wal Mansukh! To wannan yana cikin al’amura masu rikitarwa, in mun vce halal ne ga, wani nassin can ya ce haramun ne, in mun ce haramun ne, ga wani nassin can ya ce halal ne, (Don Karin bayani duba: Jami’ul Ulum Wal-Hikam Na Ibnu Rajab 1/183). Amma idan ka je wajen malamai masu zurfin ilimi sai su ce, wannan nassi na farko day a bad a hallaci, nassi ne na Makka, wancan nassin dayan da ya bad a haramci, nassi ne na Madina, na Madina ya shafe na Makka, don haka ya zama haramun. Wadansu s**a ce, “…. Fadin Manzon Allah (S.A.W) cewa “…. SHARSHI Ma’ana, halal a bayyane yake a cikin Alkur’ani da hadisai tabbatattu daga Annabi (S.A.W), haka kuma haramun a bayyane take a cikin Alkur’ani da hadisai tabbatattu daga Annabi (S.A.W), amma a tsakanin halal da haram, akwai wadansu al’amura masu rikitarwa; su ba su da sifa ta halal tsantsa, ballantana mu sa su a layin halal, bas u da siffa ta haram tsanrsa, ballantana mu sa su a layin haram. Don haka sai s**a zamanto masu k**a da juna, ko masu rikitarwa, ta yadda ba ka san ajin da za ka ajiye su ba. Wadannan abubuwa masu rikitarwa, da yawa daga cikin mutane ba su san su bu, ba su san hukuncinsu ba. Wannan yana nuna akwai wadansu kadan cikin munate sun san su, su ne malamai tabbattu a cikin ilimi, su bas u da rikici a cikin abin, da sun ga su kasa gane wane ayi ya k**ata su ba su. {Duba; Jami’ul Ulum wal Hikam Na Ibnu Rajab 1/181}. A nan wurin abin da malamai suke cewa shi ne, akwai abubuwan da dama da asalinsu ana daukar su a halal ne, ba ka da dammar ka cire su daga halacci, said a nassi, akwai kuma abubuwan da ake daukar su a matsayin haramci, ba ka da dammar ka cire su daga haramci, sai da nassi, k**ar misalign duk wani dangin abinci wanda zai karbi sunan addayyib, wanda kuma bincike ya nuna ba ya cutar da tunani, ba ya gurbata masa tunani, to wannan abin halal ne . idan ka bad a fatawa a kan halaccinsa, ba a abin ka bashin dalili, duk wanda ya bi ka bashin dalili, bai san abin da yake ba. Amma in wani ya zo ya yi da’awar haramci kana abin da yake yana cikin Addayyibat, to wanda ya yi da’awar haramcin, shi ne za’a ce ina dalilinsa? Saboda haka, asali dangane da abinci ko abin sha, matukar ya zama baya cutar da jiki, ko hankali to ya zama dayyib, shi kuma halal ne, Allah ya ce: ( ﻗﻞ ﺃﺣﻞ ﻟﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻄﻴﺒﺖ ( )ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺋﺪﺓ4 : ) (Ka ce an halatta muku dukkan dangin abinci ko abin sha wanda yake daddada) Asali kuma cikin dukkan abinci ko abin shha wanda zai cutar da hankali, ko zai cutar da lakar jiki, yana shiga cikin babin haramun, idan ka ba fatawa da haramcinsa👉cigaba ☝

Hadith 6: Lawful and unlawful are clear الحلال بين والحرام بين
Protecting the Heart On the authority of Abu 'Abdullah al-Nu'man bin Bashir (ra) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah(sas) say: "The halal is clear and the haram is clear, and between them are matters unclear that are unknown to most people. Whoever is wary of these unclear matters has absolved his religion and honor. And whoever indulges in them has indulged in the haram. It is like a shepherd who herds his sheep too close to preserved sanctuary, and they will eventually graze in it. Every king has a sanctuary, and the sanctuary of Allah is what He has made haram. There lies within the body a piece of flesh. If it is sound, the whole body is sound; and if it is corrupted, the whole body is corrupted. Verily this piece is the heart."

عن أبي عبدالله النعـمان بن بشير رضي الله عـنهما، قـال: سمعـت رسـول الله يقول: إن الحلال بيّن، وإن الحـرام بيّن، وبينهما أمـور مشتبهات لا يعـلمهن كثير من الناس، فمن اتقى الشبهات فـقـد استبرأ لديـنه وعـرضه، ومن وقع في الشبهات وقـع في الحرام، كـالراعي يـرعى حول الحمى يوشك أن يرتع فيه، ألا وإن لكل ملك حمى، ألا وإن حمى الله محارمه، ألا وإن في الجـسد مضغة إذا صلحـت صلح الجسد كله، وإذا فـسـدت فـسـد الجسـد كـلـه، ألا وهي الـقـلب. [رواه البخاري:52، ومسلم:1599].

Ku saurara! Lallai a cikin jiki akwai wata tsoka, idan ta gyaru, dukkan jiki ya gyaru, idan ta lalace, dukkan jiki ya lalace. Ku saurara! (Wannan tsokar daya) it ace zuciya.” Bukhari ( #59) da Muslim.

Domin duk abin da yake gwaji ya tabbatar, idan aka hada sinadari kaza da kaza zai bayar da kaza, wannan a duniyarka ka je ka yi ta kirkire-kirkirenka, ba a hana ka ba. Wannan duk rabe-raben, wanda ya fara kawo shi a cikin duniyar ilimi, shi ne izzuddeen bin Abdussalam, wanda ake kira Suldanil Ulama a cikin littafinsa Kawa’idul Ahkam Fi Masalihul Anam, kuma shi dan mazahabar Shafi’iyya ne, daga wurinsa Imamul karafi, daya daga cikin malaman Malikiyya ya dauko wannan, ya rubuta cikin littafinsa. To tunda yake shi dan Malikiyya ne. Shehu Usman Dan Fodiyo shi kuma ya dauko daga cikin littafin Imamul Karafi ya sa a nasa. Abu Ishak Assahadibi ya yi ragaraga da wannan abun (cikin littafinsa Al-I’itisan), kuma shi ma dan Malikiyya ne, y ace babu wata bidi’a mai suna hasana, wannan kullu Ala Babiha.

Ana ce mata Ummu Abdullahi ba don ta taba haihuwa ba, sai dai kawai ya yarta mai suna Asma’u bintu Abubakar, tana da da Abdullahi dan gidan Zubair bin Auwam, daya daga cikin Mutum goma da aka yi musu Albishir da Aljanna to wannan Abdullahi dan Zubair bin Auwam din, shi ne Annabi (S.A.W) yake jingina wa Aisha yace mata ummu Abdullahi. Kuma daga wannan ne Malamai s**a ce ya halattar mutum yayi alkunya ko da bashi dada.
Lafazin “lamarinmu” Da yazo a wannan hadisi yana nufin Musulunci ma’ana wanda ya kirkiro wani abu a cikin addininmu na musulunci abin da baya cikin musulunci (Duba Jami’ul Ulum wal-hikam na Ibnu Rajab 1/63) Wannan hadisi shi ne kashin bayan rusa dukkan bidi’a a akan kasa duk abin da yake bidi’a ne wannan hadisi ya rusa shi abin da duk mutum ya gina a kan bidi’a, Allah ba zai ba shi lada ba, don ma ba zai karba ba. Akwai wasu wadanda za su zo wajen maganar bidi’a sai su ce to ai idan kace bidi’a a k**ar ka ce kar mu hau keke kar mu hau babur kar muyi amfani da dukkan wani abu kirkirarre don wadannan abubuwan bidi’a ne, don lokacin Annabi (S.A.W) babu su. Sai ka ce da shi, wadannan al’umura da ka zana. Ba addinin ba ne su. Wani abu ne na bukatar rayuwa. Annabi (S.A.W) kuwa ya rasu duk abin da an kirkire shi ne sunansa addini, y ace “Wanda ya kirkiro cikin wannan….” Lafazin wannan kuwa daya zo a nan, nuni ne zuwa Musulunci. Babu wanda zai ce idan nahau babur daga nan wurin na tafi Damaturu, ladana bai kai na wanda ya hau mota ba; wanda yahau mota gingimari ta katako, ladansa bai kai wanda ya haubambalasta ba. Babu wanda zai fadi haka, duk bidi’a da ta shafi lamarin duniya, kirkira kenan. A duniyance ka kirkiro mota, ka kirkiro kwamfuta da dukkan abin da zai taimaka wa rayuwa ta ci gaba, wannan shari’a ba ta hana ka ba, amma kirkira ta fuskar addinin, ka kara ko ka rage, ka kawo wani zikiri, ko wata falala, ko wata sallah, ko wani sallo na istigfari, to wannan shari’a ta rushe.
