The Institute of Management and Leadership Training currently has two programme areas, the Entrepreneurial and the Civil Society Development. Ther former is to accompany prospective entrepreneurs on their road of discovering their potential and to provide them with the necessary tools to identify a viable business opportunity. The Civil Society Programme focuses on assisting Regional and Local Authorities as well as other community interest groups to better understand the dynamics at their work.
