TUCSIN's blended learning course is a unique extra lesson course developed for the Namibian student. The idea of blended learning is to use and combine two different educational platforms. A regular face-to-face platform and a couple of online platforms. The online aspect of the course will include using two main platforms that will combine to form a virtual classroom. The only prerequisite for th

e course is that the student have access to internet at home. The face-to-face aspect of the course will be more traditional with the tutor working with individual students and groups(5 to 10 students).
